Skilled in the culinary arts, Fiona Yuen Choi Wan has been single for almost one year since breaking up from her last high-profile romance with the wealthy Wu Man San. Her last relationship was heavily scrutinized by the public eye and did not last more than 6 months under the enormous media pressure.

Thus Fiona is much more discrete in handling her new relationship this time, insisting that she does not have a new boyfriend. However the press discovered that Fiona has been going out with a tall man and he was spotted going to her apartment several times.

Allegedly Fiona's new boyfriend is named Anthony and owns a Chinese restaurant in Canada. In September 2006, Fiona was spotted taking a vacation in Japan with Kelly Chen's boyfriend, Alex. Afterwards, Kelly revealed that Fiona's new boyfriend, Anthony, also went on the trip.

On Fiona's birthday on January 20th, Anthony also celebrated with her at a seafood restaurant.

On January 26th at 2 PM, Anthony drove to Fiona's apartment. They picked up another male friend and went shopping for home furnishings. Fiona bought a shower head and they appeared to purposefully keep their distance in the public. Afterwards, they went to a lighting store to buy a lamp. According to an inside source, Fiona and Anthony intended to head to Macau later.

Fiona said, "I don't want to say anything now." The call ended and when the reporter tried to call her again, only her voice mail could be reached.
