Fan Bingbing, Li Chen Ready to Move in Together

Dating rumors of Fan Bingbing (范冰冰) and Li Chen (李晨) have been circulating for many months. Although The Empress of China <武則天> co-stars never confirmed their relationship, insiders claim they are closer than ever and plan to live together.

One of the workers on the construction of Bingbing’s new Beijing mansion revealed that he has seen Bingbing and Li Chen together on multiple occasions, sometimes with both of their parents. Another netizen who claimed to have helped out on the interior design of Bingbing’s new mansion said he has seen Bingbing and Li Chen go out on dates.

Unlike many celebrity couples, Bingbing and Li Chen did not attempt to hide their relationship. Many of their friends and relatives already knew about them, and rumors say that the couple plan to publicly acknowledge their relationship next month.

Bingbing, Kathy Chow (周海媚), and Aarif Lee (李治廷) recently appeared as guest stars on Sze U Tonight <今晚睇李> to promote the Hong Kong release of The Empress of China, which will premiere on TVB on April 26. On the show, Bingbing played drinking games and shared humorous tidbits during filming as well as her close relationship with My Fair Princess <還珠格格> co-stars, Vicki Zhao (趙薇) and Ruby Lin (林心如). Bingbing said they still keep in contact through group chats.

“I was 16 years old [during My Fair Princess]. Vicki and Ruby took really good care of me and we share a special relationship. We have a ‘My Fair Princess’ chat group!” Bingbing then congratulated Vicki, who recently won Best Actress at the Hong Kong Film Awards.
