Masked Tavia Yeung Rides in Him Law’s New Mercedes Benz Car

Dating for two years, Tavia Yeung (楊怡) and Him Law (羅仲謙) have allegedly started living together. Although their relationship is an open secret, Tavia prefers to keep the romance low profile. Even when going out shopping with Him, Tavia chose to wear a face mask to avoid public recognition.

Him was recently seen driving his newly purchased Mercedes Benz CLA45 sports car with Tavia in the passenger seat. Hoping to avoid the media’s keen eyes, both dressed in very casual outfits and wore caps. Despite their best efforts, Him’s flashy $1 million HKD sports car caught the attention of various onlookers who immediately recognized the couple. Him was then seen heading to a local grocery shop where he bought two bags of crab and seafood items.

After being discovered by the paparazzi, Tavia did not try to hide and gently waved hello to the flashing cameras although she kept her face mask on. When getting back inside the car, Him timidly smiled at reporters before taking Tavia back home.

Marriage and Children Within 5 Years

Tavia is often regarded as the breadwinner in their relationship, and Him may still have a long way to go before he catches up with Tavia’s status.  Him has an increased presence in TVB dramas, and his recent movies include Young and Dangerous: Reloaded <古惑仔之江湖新秩序》>, The Monkey King <大鬧天宮>, and The Seventh Lie <第七謊言>.

Him previously stated that he wished to get married and have children before he turned 35-years-old. With five more years left, Him has been working overdrive to save up for his future with Tavia.

  1. If i remember correctly, i think tavia also has the same car.

They are cute, and should progress faster in the relationship since tavia is older.

I find them cute tho 🙂

      1. Huh, I thought she owns a white Land Rover car now ? I remember there were reports saying she changed cars at the end of last year or something.

    1. Tess,
Usually when actresses don’t have makeup on, they just wear big sunglasses, which block the weary looking eyes. Tavia likely wore the face mask because she didn’t want to be too obviously recognized while stepping out with Him Law.

      1. She probably also has no make up on. It seems like it from her eyes.

  2. Hong kong and taiwanese celebrities are so lucky. Sometimes I see almost half of people on streets wear face masks. So, wearing a face mask as a celebrity won’t be too obvious

  3. oh my gosh! what happened to Him’s face? He’s got such awful huge eyebags the size of golf balls. I didn’t know he’s doing that well to be able to afford a HK1 million Benz.

    1. We must praise Him Law’s makeup artistes who have been able to hide all those bags and dull skintone on camera.

  4. I guess these pics prove what magic makeup can do. So used to seeing celebs with full makeup that their true-self can really look pretty horrendous? Though certain angles don’t do the celebs justice either

    1. Yes,make up truly does wonders as we have seen how celebs look with and without it. However, it does not only apply to celebs but regular citizens who rely on it too.

    2. I think Him tries to look older so that matching with Tavia??? HAHAHAHA just kidding.

  5. I didn’t know Him can afford those Benz too since he’s mainly filming for TVB series and doesn’t have lots of endorsements. I hope he’s not living off Tavia Yeung.

    1. Lol. He does a lot of promotion and advertisements outside of tvb, I also know he does magazine shoots etc. as a model for different brands+ movies. I think he gets most of his high pay from those work outside of filming dramas. Though It’s quite noticable he has been filming quite a lot of tvb series lately.

    1. Well heck, if someone can afford Benz of any model, I could imagine their income would be well off anyway. Apartments are crazy expensive in Hong Kong, so if he had the money to invest in a car instead of saving it to pay for living fees, I think his money is definitely rolling in lol.

  6. Hmmm… the girl in the above photo doesn’t look like tavia…

  7. Him looks very tired and haggard.
not easy for him to earn big bucks in order to get married.

    1. Well working for Tvb,who would not look tired and haggard? They work the artists to death with so little sleep.

      1. tvb 没人性…no wonder why artistes leave for china…unfortunately not many make it in the mainland.

  8. Its old news, needless to wear masks. Tavia looks older than Him,is definite…LOL

    1. Well isn’t your comment about her older looks even more old news ? Needless to point it out in your case

  9. Cla45 does not cost a million $. It’s the cheapest Mercedes out there

    1. (1) Depends on whether it is Merc C series, or Merc CL series. That’s a huge different in price tags.

CL is easily as exy or more than SL series = those are the luxury range of Merc

(2)Merc C series is NOT the cheapest in the Merc linup. It is however one of the most popular as it is bang for the buck.
In my Cdn city, every 4th car is a Cseries sedan, even some loyal fans of 3 and 5 series Beemer jumped over when it was first introduyced.

The cheapest would be B series hatch backs. Maybe Merc has phased that out – it was nowhere as popular, and teetered on ugly, but allowed many to get into the Merc niche.

      (3) Earning power and wages, and consequently price tags are HIGHER in Asia. Especially in the busy cosmopolitan thriving city category, of which HK would fall into
      for eg:
      – A Beemer base model starts at around $200K in Singapore. (That’s approx US $150K).
      – Compare to only US$40K for that same BMW model.

For the price a Merc Cseries would cost in Asia; it could probably get the Merc AMG range in NAmerica … and still with change to spare for other options.

  10. Glad that they r still together. Even though cla45 isn’t the most expensive Mercedes but well at least he can afford one….

  11. One million HK$ is peanuts for a car. Every singaporean pay that amount for a 2 litre ordinary car.

  12. Keeping a low profile in a HKD 1Million Mercedes Benz makes perfect sense…
