Ron Ng Clarifies He Did Not Break Up With Viann Zhang
Ron Ng (吳卓羲) and Viann Zhang’s (張馨予) breakup rumors circulated two weeks ago. Viann had written on her Weibo blog, “Falling in love with a bad man will give you painful grief. Falling in love with a good man will let you live with smiles and happiness.” Viann’s statement led fans to quickly speculate that her relationship with Ron has ended. However, Ron clarified yesterday that his relationship with Viann was fine and that “nothing had changed.”
Since dating Ron Ng, Viann’s fiery personality led to public clashes with Ron’s fans in the Weibo online community. A large number of Ron’s fans bluntly wished that the couple would breakup, scolding Viann’s alleged selfishness and attention-seeking habits. When traces of Viann’s sadness was found in her recent June Weibo blog post, fans were quick to think that the couple had a fight.
Ron Confirms Relationship With Viann is “Okay”
While filming TVB drama, Season of Love <戀愛季節> with Kate Tsui (徐子珊) yesterday, Ron clarified that his relations with Viann were fine. Ron stated, “We do not have any problems.” Ron also stated that Viann wrote the melancholy blog post after reading the script of her current drama.
It was often rumored that Viann lacked security in their relationship since Ron failed to publicly acknowledge her as his girlfriend. Ron said, “I am very open; the degree of transparency is very high!” Asked whether his relationship was status quo, Ron said, “Yes, we have kept it the same. Thanks everyone for your concern!”
“Triumph in the Skies 2” to Film in Great Britain and France
After completing Season of Love, Ron Ng will be filming Triumph in the Skies 2 <衝上雲霄2> in July. As one of the most heavily-budgeted TVB dramas this year, Triumph in the Skies 2 will be filming on location in Great Britain and France. This will continue the romantic and international aura created in the original series.
As the script for Triumph in the Skies 2 was still currently in progress, Ron was uncertain about the details of the character he will portray. Ron said, “I do not know if I will resume the role of Francis Ng’s (吳鎮宇) younger brother!”

Jayne: “Triumph in the Skies 2” may likely film in London and Paris, due to the heavily trafficked airports! Yay! We get to see more beautiful scenery and people! I do not mind watching former and current TVB idols wear their pilot uniforms while we get swept away in international romance!
Myolie will likely partner with Francis and Fala with Chilam. Maybe Ron or Kenneth may fight over Rebecca, or one of the guys chase after Fala. Maybe we will have another airport wedding. Or skydiving wedding.
Just don’t give one of the characters a brain tumor or more heart disease drama.
I wish Ron Ng would break up with Viann Zhang. Ever since he got stuck with this gal, TVB has downgraded Ron Ng to 2nd lead roles or lighter roles.
In fact, I think Ron should make a wise decision ….. to remain unattached to any girls at the present time.
Before dating Viann, he already has 2nd roles or supporting role. Don’t blame her 😛 (Ron’s most famous song).

I wonder how many time more Ron has to clarify on behalf of Viann for her “media attention” behavior? It seems like Viann is the cheap publicity.
I’ve lose all my respect on Ron because he’s dating some attention seeker plastic Chucky who doesn’t bring good news but cheap publicity for him.

He seems to really like her. He supports her regardless of how inappriopriate she is to the public which makes him a good man. However, I don’t think they’ll make it to the alter. She seems to immature.
For now he does, but who knows if he will change down the line or not? I also doubt that they will make it down the alter… I remember once reading that she said that she did not consider marrying Ron. I wonder if she was just using reverse psychology or not??

I hope Ron and Kate would date! They’re so cute together but Vivian EWWWW! Vivian just has this attitude and they’re so not a cute couple! =O
