Wong Cho Lam and Leanne Li’s Valentine’s Day Wedding
Wong Cho Lam (王祖藍) and Leanne Li (李亞男) exchanged their wedding vows on Valentine’s Day, February 14. Declaring Leanne as “an angel sent by God” who completed his life, Cho Lam promised to cherish their love for the rest of his life. Meeting at church, Cho Lam won over Leanne with his sincerity and persistence. The wedding ceremony was filled with warmth as friends sang gospel songs to bless the couple’s marriage union.
Lively Bridal Games
In the morning, bridesmaids Linda Chung (鍾嘉欣), Macy Chan (陳美詩), Christine Kuo (苟芸慧), Oceane Zhu (朱旋), Eliza Sam (岑麗香), Grace Wong (王君馨), and Sarah Song (宋熙年) tested Wong Cho and the groomsmen with challenging games. The men had to wear Snoopy boxers while leaning on each other’s waists. After successfully carrying Bob Lam (林盛斌) on his back while walking on a pebbled path, Cho Lam was asked to eat durian, which he detested.
The lively games lasted for more than an hour. Best Man Louis Yuen (阮兆祥) revealed Cho Lam finally gave a $3 million HKD red packet to the bridesmaids before he was allowed to see the bride.
Cho Lam Declares Leanne as “Nearly Perfect”
As Leanne walked down the church aisle amid the crowd of 200 people, she started crying. Seeing all the familiar faces who had witnessed the growth of her relationship with Cho Lam, Leanne felt surrounded by love.
Seeing the beautiful bride, Cho Lam said, “Leanne Li, you are an angel sent by God. Thank you for your love, which has completed my life. I love you, but my love is imperfect. For the remainder of my life and under God’s witness, I am willing to learn what is love.” Exchanging wedding rings, the couple kissed for four seconds amid loud applause.
Cho Lam also thanked Leanne’s parents and pointed out that his bride possesses beautiful looks and a pure heart, “You have raised a nearly perfect daughter.” He added, “Please rest assured when pondering whether I would hurt her [in the future], that I would not be willing to do so at all.”
Leanne lightened the mood by saying, “I also want to thank Cho Lam by selecting me. You are a wonderful person, a priceless treasure.”
Ada Choi (蔡少芬) and husband Max Zhang (張晉), Eric Suen (孫耀威) and girlfriend Macy Chan (陳美詩); and May Kwong (鄺文珣) and her husband sang “Because of You” <全因有袮> to celebrate the newlywed’s love. Other friends who attended the church ceremony include: Nancy Sit (薛家燕), Sheren Tang (鄧萃雯), Kiki Sheung (商天娥), Power Chan (陳國邦), Mimi Lo (羅敏莊), Virginia Lok (樂易玲), Timmy Hung (洪天明), Janet Chow (周家蔚), Teresa Mo (毛舜筠), Chin Ka Lok (錢嘉樂), Angela Tong (湯盈盈), and Chung King Fai (鍾景輝).
Disneyland Wedding Banquet to Be Held on Sunday
Since proposing to Leanne at the TVB Anniversary Gala last November, Cho Lam has been busy planning their wedding. Recent tabloids accused Cho Lam of using sponsors to profit from the wedding. Angered by the claims, Cho Lam countered, “After years of effort, I can finally rely on my own hands and spent almost all of my savings to give my fiancee a dream wedding. Through our actions, we want to show our gratitude towards our long-time partners and people who have helped us in the wedding. However, I have never received any money [during the wedding to profit commercially].”
The couple will continue to celebrate their marriage in a wedding banquet at Hong Kong Disneyland tomorrow.

their dresses look classy but the colour is a bit dull IMO
The bridesmaids are there to support the bride, not to outshine her. They could wear leg warmers for all anyone cares. The most important thing is that everyone having a good time and wearing comfortable shoes.
Lol of course it matters what they wear, they’ve gotta look presentable at least, its for a wedding after all and i dont think legwarmers or socks with heels would be appropriate unless the bride and groom specifically wanted it or if you’re getting married in the antarctic lol.
If that were the case, I would like to see all the bridesmaid in bikinis.

She is far from perfect and definitely not much of a “Snow White”, but she definitely settled for one of the seven dwarfs……..She definitely had to wear flats that day to hide the extreme difference in height and size………ahhahaahah…..
She wants to stand out from the rest of the bridesmaids. If I was the bride I would be annoyed at her for trying to grab attention and ruining the matching bridesmaids setup

Its a shame about the bridesmaid dresses, very office/corporate wear rather than formal wedding, its such a disappointment. Those bridesmaids just looked dull and boring compared to the groomsmen who wore matching suits and awesome aviator sunglasses. Macy Chan has no taste, a bridesmaid and wearing socks! Disgusting!

Seriously the dresses of the bridesmaids’ colour grey means “fui”. Doesn’t appear to suit the wedding. There are colours such as pink, biege or other pastel colours which generally looks better than this “fui” colour. I thought it is supposed to be a fairy tale wedding. Though it is just the bridesmaid dresses, the wedding should be a complete in all areas. So, I wonder why the colour!

That’s true. I feel bad for her if she feels the need to hide behind Linda in the pictures. She has such a beautiful face with sharp features, and I think if she feels so insecure, she could have tailormade the dress to be more loose fitting, and possibly cover her arms with a sleeve, similar to one Eliza is wearing.

Not trying to be negative,but why does everyone think she is close to perfection? I personally do not believe anyone is perfect because we all have flaws and good and bad in us. Started disliking this couple since Cho Lam proposed at TVB’s Anniversary. I know Cho Lam has the brains and is good at what he does. I like watching him in his tv show, but don’t like him as a person. His whole wedding, including his actions and speach were all well preped like a show. His tears kinda felt like acting. The whole atmosphere of the wedding didn’t feel romantic and happy. And aren’t they both Christians?…
