Wong Cho Lam and Leanne Li’s Wedding Banquet at Disneyland
After a lavish wedding ceremony on Valentine’s Day, Wong Cho Lam (王祖藍) and Leanne Li (李亞男) held their wedding banquet at Hong Kong Disneyland on February 15. With many friends and family both within and outside of the entertainment industry, the couple invited nearly 500 guests to celebrate their happiness. Many of the guests were dressed in cartoon character costumes to complement the Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs theme.
Newlyweds Did Not Consummate Marriage
When teased whether the couple had a restless night on their wedding night, Cho Lam smiled and said, “We slept very well last night, because we didn’t get enough sleep the last few nights. We just stayed home to enjoy a Valentine’s Day dinner and then rested.”
As the couple are devout Christians and had pledged celibacy prior to marriage, they were asked whether they have consummated their marriage. Cho Lam joked that it was an “inconvenient time of the month” for Leanne, “Save it for the honeymoon! After the celebrations, we will go to Shanghai to visit family. It will be followed by a three-week honeymoon in Europe to visit four countries. I have already spent a lot [of money], but the princess likes romance, so whatever she wants!”
Eric Tsang (曾志偉) prepared several games to liven up the banquet celebration. Cho Lam said, “Without Eric, I wouldn’t have been able to propose. So he can jostle me however he wants.” When Eric was asked whether he had also taught Cho Lam how to consummate his marriage, Eric jokingly said, “I sent him a few boxes of adult videos to watch!”
Earlier reports claimed that Cho Lam had spent approximately $2 million HKD on the wedding. Cho Lam clarified that the amount was more. “It was one year’s worth of my earnings. But unforgettable memories are priceless.”

It’s quite common for the virgin couple to not do it on the wedding nights, and it’s quite common for any couples to not do it on the wedding night as you will be very tired to even bother lol.

Actually, she is the prettiest other than the Oceane girl? She is a bit chubbier now but she’s a pretty girl in general but her arms and face do show she is bigger than the other slimmers.
On a side note, I like the singer Joey’s dress, very cute.

For Ada, filming ghost movie is against her religion but cross dressing with her husband is not.
I think ghost movies are against her religion because Christians believe that the only ghost is The Holy Ghost aka Jesus. The cross dressing is a form of fancy dress so I guess it’s harmless in Christians’ eyes.
And each according to his/her own conscience or conviction in how to come to these decision.
As long as she did not impose such views on other, there is absolutely nothing wrong with that in my books.

I thought the same as everyone when I saw the bridesmaids attire. Even at their daytime reception, they all wore what looked like grey corporate wear dresses. I didn’t understand that at all lol! Corporate dresses – fine for the formal occasion, but grey coloured?? Not a colour I would think would be appropiate for a wedding, but hey, it’s their wedding lol

I think the ladies looked really nice in the sleek black and silver dresses. A bit of a sharp contrast to the bride…but they don’t look too bad.
Love comes in all shapes and sizes…and the one thing that is really nice about this couple is that they have found it. They will not let the perceptions of society dictate that a beautiful lady like Leeanne can only be paired up with the stereotype Ken doll.
Wong Cho Lam must have a heart of gold to match his bank account. There are certainly qualities in him that make him a special man and his actions surrounding Leeanne really show that he puts her first. What more could a girl want? Isn’t that every girls dream come true?

I hope Leanne doesn’t wake up one morning when the entire fairy tale excitement is over and realize that she was just in love with everything except the short ugly guy who is so physically incompatible with her. Sounds like she has a perfect husband in every otter sense which is scary cos it would make a guy fall in love with the situation rather than a less than perfect husband where she has to compromise on a few things here and there.
She has been friend with Wong Cho Lam for some years before WCL successfully wooed her. And after that, they dated a few years more. I doubt she was in a fairy tale atmosphere every day in all these years.

agree,i think there are more things that a girl can fall for than just only physical attraction.maybe she falls for his inner beauty or his talent or feels financially secured,its too shallow to think that a girl can only fall for a man that phisically is her match.

The couple have already been togeher for 6 years. I believe that their love for each other is genuine. People need to stop being shallow. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Just because the majority think that Leeane should be with someone more “physically attractive” there is no guaranteed that the marriage would last. Same with if she was with an “ugly but rich guy”.
Cecila Cheung and Nic Tse were an equally attractive couple but things didn’t work out.

Its more of the press. There are other articles that keeps on saying that he’s profiting from this wedding from the sponsorships that he gets. I think that’s mainly the reason why he justifies how much he spent on the wedding. Otherwise if he doesn’t respond the press will then say that its true.
I don’t know why they picked Disneyland as their honeymoon destination because thy would come across as “momma taking junior for a ride.”
