Karena Ng Said She is Still Single

Months after their breakup rumors, Raymond Lam (林峯) finally announced last week that he and Karena Ng (吳千語) had split. Asked how she feels after the breakup, Karena said that she is feeling okay as it has been a long time. Karena maintains that she is single now and would like to focus on her work.

Prompted as to whether it was due to their long distance separation while she was filming in Mainland China that led to their breakup, Karena did not want to explain. Asked if it was due to their family giving them pressure, Karena denied this. Asked whether it was because of her involvement with businessman Brian Shi (施伯雄),  said, “No, [the problem] was between the two of us.”

Karena said that she will be more cautious when meeting with a male friend, as the paparazzi would automatically speculate that she is romantically involved. Maintaining that she is single right now, Karen said, “I don’t have a lot pursuers.”

She added, “People need to look forward in life. I hope focus on my work and not think about love matters.” After taking a short break, Karena will return to work and film a drama, variety show, and web movie in the new few months.

Asked if she knew Raymond’s new girlfriend Carina Zhang (張馨月), Karena said she has never met her and only saw her photos in the news. Karena said she will not comment on Raymond’s new relationship.
