A Productive Grocery Trip for the Parents of Heavenly King Andy Lau

Heavenly King Andy Lau (劉德華) is not only a hard worker but also a dedicated family man. His wife Carol Chu (朱麗倩) also carries the same values, and though the couple already has a daughter to care for, Carol has insisted to live with Andy’s parents to care for them.

Earlier, the Hong Kong paparazzi spotted the elderly Lau parents out and about to do some grocery shopping. Though the couple are both already over 80 years old, they walked and talked like they weren’t a day past 60.

Their shopping was a pretty big deal. The couple had a team of helpers with them—a friendly bodyguard wearing a mouth mask followed Andy’s father around, while a domestic helper from mainland China followed his mother. The couple also arrived on a seven-seater mini-van. Their driver wore the same windbreaker as their bodyguard.

A woman who resembled one of Andy’s older sisters also tagged along.

Andy’s parents had a very productive grocery run. While his mother looked for meat and vegetables, his father shopped for fruit. Andy’s older sister, on the other hand, went to buy candles.
