Frankie Lam Shows New Muscular Body
Wanting a better body, 51-year-old Frankie Lam (林文龍) showed true dedication by heading to the gym every day and bulking up in two months’ time. Proud of his results, his wife Kenix Kwok (郭可盈) shared a topless photo of Frankie training to show her support.
Posting a photograph of Frankie’s muscular body, Kenix wrote, “He keeps his words; he gives it his best effort. In these two months, he’s been training quietly for at least two hours a day. You really can’t succeed without perseverance! It’s too easy to give up! I admire your dedication and your unending spirit. I admire how serious and devoted you are! Let me secretly share this photo of you!”
In reply to Kenix’s photo, Frankie thanked his wife for her support and love, and expressed that he will continue to train hard and strive to be the best version of himself. Married for 14 years, Frankie isn’t shy to express his love for Kenix publicly, “Thanks, my wife! Today I must express my feelings. For all the people you have loved, you have to respect yourself before you earn others’ respect! All along, I have always respected my own profession, so I don’t mind diligently training myself and doing my best.”

Is he rich? He doesn’t seem to appear in many movies or tv series so not sure how he survives.
In 再創世紀, he looked very skinny in his tight cut suits.
@mike His wife is rich. They probably don’t have to work. Both of them haven’t been doing much of anything these days.
@mike
Frankie is a lucky guy. He married a rich wife. He’s been in the industry for many years, his acting sucks, yet he still gets filming offers for leading roles.
@anon ya In 再創世紀, he was 2nd lead and he just gave the same stone cold face throughout the whole series.
@mike
Yeah I’ve noticed, his acting has never left much to be desired since his debut but has gotten particularly worse the past 5 years or so. He has that same stoneface look in every drama now.
@anon I admit his acting isn’t the greatest. But have you guys seen him in HKTV? I must say I was pleasantly surprised with his acting in two of the series. He reminded me of Dr. House in one of them.
