Zhang Ziyi Pregnant with Second Child

Zhang Ziyi (章子怡) is pregnant again!

Earlier this month, Zhang Ziyi and her husband, singer Wang Feng (汪峰), were spotted at the Beijing airport. Though the couple dressed down, looking as casual as possible, Her pregnant belly could be clearly seen. Soon afterwards, a netizen revealed that the Godzilla: King of the Monsters actress had actually booked a room at a postpartum center, seemingly confirming that the actress is pregnant.

The 40-year-old’s appearance at the Cannes Film Festival next month will be her last job before taking her hiatus.

Zhang Ziyi and Wang Feng tied the knot in 2015, and welcomed their first daughter together, Xingxing, the following year. Before their marriage, Wang Feng was already a father to two daughters from two different marriages.

In an episode of the second season of Viva La Romance <妻子的浪漫旅行>, in which both Zhang Ziyi and Wang Feng were a part of, Wang Feng indirectly shared his wish for wanting another children. When being asked the question of what he wanted to know about his future, Wang Feng said, “I wonder how many kids we’ll have?” Zhang Ziyi then retorted, “How much can we have?” When costar Anita Yuen (袁詠儀) asked her if she was currently pregnant, Zhang Ziyi admitted, “Not now, I would love to be.”
