Jet Li’s Eldest Daughter is a Harvard Student

Jane Li (above left) is one of the two Asian invitees out of 24 females selected to attend a Parisian high fashion and networking event.

Jet Li (李連杰) and Nina Li (利智) have two daughters named Jane and Jetta. Elder sister 19-year-old Jane is a top achiever and already showing her leadership skills while enrolled as at Harvard University.

Recently, Jane received an invitation to the Bal Des Debutantes held annually in Paris. Seen as a coming-of-age ceremony for Paris’ elites, the networking and fundraising event selects 24 females from around the globe – usually famous second generation and offspring of business and entertainment personalities – to dress in the best of couture.

The only other Asian representative selected to grace the glamorous evening, Shen Yue (沈月), eldest daughter of former actress Chingmy Yau (邱淑貞) and businessman Sham Kar Wai (沈嘉偉), did her costume fitting for the ceremony in September.

Harvard Student, Dancer, Activist

Jane was recently in New York for her costume fitting. She charmed with her gorgeous smile in a nude colored gown by one of the French haute couture houses, and looked effortlessly elegant. Aside from her good looks, Jane is currently enrolled at Harvard University, where she is enrolled at the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences for her bachelor degree.

When Jane was six years old, she was twice crowned champion at national-level Latin dancing competitions, and had the chance to perform at Asian superstar Andy Lau’s (劉德華) concert one year later. She shared about environmental philanthropy at Alibaba’s global charity extravaganza when she was 16 and spoke at the Global Conference on Women and Entrepreneurship in 2017. Concerned about female empowerment issues, Jane also takes part in International Day of Girl activities at Harvard.
