Eliza Sam: Mommy Brain is Real
The actress is excited about taking part in the sequel to “Who Wants a Baby”, which mirrors her real life experiences.
Soon to celebrate her 35th birthday on November 17, Eliza Sam (岑麗香) will start filming for her movie during the end of the month. Disappearing from television screens since she became pregnant with her son, she is excited to return to acting.
Appearing at a jewelry publicity event, Eliza agreed with the cliche that women become scatterbrained after giving birth. “It’s true, my memory became so bad that I forget things after five seconds, so I will start memorizing my lines once I receive my script.”
When asked about replacing Ali Lee (李佳芯) for the drama Who Wants A Baby 2 <BB來了2>, Eliza revealed that filming will commence next year and that the drama title has yet to be confirmed, neither does she know who her onscreen husband will be. With regards to being the replacement, she said, “I don’t think that way; as long as there’s a role I will go for it. The past year was full of novelty for me, from being pregnant to giving birth to taking care of baby. I experienced many emotions as a new mother, so I look forward to taking on this role and new challenge.” Keen to spend more time with her baby at the moment, Eliza would consider having more kids but not so soon.
