Lui Fong’s Rich Girlfriend is Worth $50 Million HKD
After dating for 16 years, Hong Kong singer Lui Fong (呂方) and Carol Cheng (鄭裕玲) called it quits in 2008. Having notoriously described his relationship with Dodo as akin to being “in jail for 16 years,” Lui Fong had said that “after finding [his] freedom again, [he is] like a bird without legs who can fly endlessly.” In the past decade, Lui Fong’s newfound freedom led to many relationships. Not picky with his women, Lui Fong has dated many women, ranging from female fans; older, wealthy Mainland Chinese women; as well as younger women.
In recent years, the 57-year-old singer seems to have settled down into a stable relationship and admitted to be dating a woman named Rainbow Ng (伍惠寶). Lui Fong and Rainbow are very compatible with one another.
As opposed to his previous relationship with Dodo who was known to be strict and demanding, Rainbow prefers living a more simple and down-to-earth lifestyle. Rainbow, who is currently 35 years old, primarily earns a living through buying and selling e-commerce platforms. Despite coming from a wealthy background, Rainbow has made her own way through life and is speculated to currently have a net worth of $50 million HKD. Despite the couple’s 22-year age difference, their compatibility renders the age gap insignificant.

@wm2017 Agree, if he felt he was “in jail”, he should have just cut short his jail time much earlier but it was unnecessary to make a comment like that.

Lol. I think Do Jeh seems to live a way more laid back and relaxed lifestyle now. Incompatible lifestyles usually lead to breaking up
To be honest, I’m surprised they even lasted 16 years, as it was apparent when they started dating that they were super incompatible (I remember when I first found out about Dodo and Lui Fong being together back in the early 90s – they kept teasing it at the JSG awards and the other music shows that year — I thought it was some type of joke or something) – back then, they were so opposite in nearly all aspects (personality, career, height….I always got a kick out of the fact that Lui Fong is such a great singer while Dodo couldn’t carry a tune if her life depended on it, lol). Either way though, both seem happy in the respective lives they’ve chosen for themselves, so it’s all good….

I got that feeling too and still wonder how they managed to last 16 years, especially with Dodo’s no marriage and no children policy, which guy could stand that? Unless they were just like her.

That was the least of the incompatibility. Dodo also enforces her little food, lots of exercise strategy. Also plenty of plastic surgery….

Yeh heard she barely ate any carbs. Just a few prawns as seafood are non carbs. She said she would also get her body cleansed by sticking a tube up her bottom monthly. Think it’s called colon cleansing. In interviews Lui fong says all he likes is to eat. Even in friends gatherings while everyone chat and drinks, he just puts his head down and eats. How complete opposites to Dodo!

Thanks for the info as I never knew that. But honestly if they truly cared for each other, they could accommodate each other. Just because she does not like to eat much does not mean he cannot. It is sad if she forced her way of life onto him. In any relationship, you compromise and accommodate each other. Oh my gosh, she cleans her colon like that? The next thing you know, she gets colon cancer by doing that. Yikes!

Unproven whether it causes harm or good but I guess Dodo is mental uncomfortable about having toxins in her body. Yeh, it can’t be only one persons fault if a relationship fails. Lui Fong could have been the one with all sorts of horrible habits too that we don’t know of. It just lacks a bit of class if he did say those exact words that he felt in jail in all those years of the relationship. He could have bailed out anytime. No one forced him to stay…
