Yoyo Chen Celebrates Daughter’s Birthday Without Vincent Wong
Vincent Wong (王浩信) and Yoyo Chen’s (陳自瑤) daughter turned 8 years old on Monday, but Vincent was nowhere in sight.
On April 27th, the TVB actress updated her Instagram with a post dedicated to her daughter, who turned eight that day. “I made this [homemade] cake as a gift for you, the one I love the most,” wrote Yoyo.
Vincent had also updated his Instagram on Monday, but instead of a birthday message for his daughter, it was a promo image for an apparel brand. Vincent, however, did give a like to Yoyo’s post.
Yoyo and Vincent tied the knot on November 11, 2011, five months before the birth of their daughter. At the time, Vincent was still mainly a supporting actor. He earned his lead role in 2015’s Brick Slaves <樓奴>, and his lead role in 2016’s Over Run Over <EU超時任務> kickstarted his leading male career.
Divorce rumors between Yoyo and Vincent had been ongoing since 2017. Sources say that Vincent’s increasingly busy schedule was the reason behind their alleged separation. Though the had denied it—and even attended an event together to prove it—Yoyo and Vincent rarely talk about each other in public or in their respective social media.
Meanwhile, former TVB actress Aimee Chan (陳茵媺) also celebrated her daughter Camilla’s fourth birthday yesterday. Aimee regularly posts family pictures featuring her husband Moses Chan (陳豪) and their three kids.

Just because Vincent wasn’t in the photos or didn’t post a photo doesn’t mean he didn’t celebrate with them.. just saying.
Vincent was probably busy filming Legal Mavericks. Its a shame.
Having pictures or the lack of pictures in social media doesn’t really measure marriage happiness.
On the other hand, wasn’t Yoyo not present when Vincent won his Best Actor award? That’s more if a red flag. I only saw recap clips of it, hard for me to gage, but everyone didn’t seem very celebratory in general.
Endless speculation of vincent & yoyo marriage/relationship. Both vincent & yoyo hardly post family and couple photo on their ig account. Doesn’t mean much even if vincent wasn’t in the picture.
@bennyjr agree. i think the more lovey dovey stuff a couple post on social media, the more problems exist within their relationship. Imo
@charcoalmuffins agree as well
