Tiffany Chen Buys Another Mansion in Taipei for Jacky Heung and Bea Hayden

Bea Hayden’s (郭碧婷) marriage to Jacky Heung (向佐) was a big deal, and the birth of their daughter last October was an even bigger deal. Jacky’s mother, film producer Tiffany Chen (陳嵐), immediately gifted the couple a mansion in Beijing along with over $114 million Hong Kong dollars in cash for their daughter’s education funds. It’s been recently reported that Mrs. Heung purchased another HK$160 million luxury home in Taipei for the convenience of Bea Hayden’s acting career in both Taiwan and mainland China.

The said luxury apartment is located in Taipei’s Xinyi District, overseeing the Taipei 101 skyscraper. Their abode is located on the 31st floor, and is a penthouse featuring a ballroom, gym, spa room, and an observatory deck. The floor plan also leaves room for a housekeeper and a chef.

The living room alone is larger than most apartments in Hong Kong. The dining table can sit up to 12 people. The living room has four long sofas, with room for a grand piano in the corner.
