Kelly Cheung Looking to Purchase a $7 Million Apartment
Big White Duel <白色強人> star Kelly Cheung (張曦雯) was spotted at a real estate office, intensely discussing with her real estate agent about purchasing an apartment in Tseung Kwan O.
The 30-year-old is reportedly interested in purchasing a flat in the LP10 location of LOHAS Park in Tseung Kwan O, with an initial asking price of $7 million Hong Kong dollars. The flats range from two to four bedrooms, with an area of 447 to 3,928 square feet.
Kelly admitted in a later interview that she is indeed searching for an apartment, and has already submitted her lottery ticket to purchase a LP10 flat. Kelly prefers to live in a smaller apartment, saying, “Less stress for myself, because it’s an off-plan property. My parents also have a place to live if they decide to come back for a bit. But I’m keeping my expectations low. Not sure if I’ll even win the ticket, but it’s good to have more options to choose from.”

well, that in hkd is probably 447 sqft. cause that amount in most cities won’t even get a bathroom.
@m0m0 haha ikr. My friend bought an apartment in the same area and it was 10M hkd, like 700 sqft? everyone is a multi millionaire in that sense.
