Bobby Au Yeung Shows Off Amazing Body

Bobby Au Yeung (歐陽震華) is well known his jovial personality and infectious laughter. Having filmed more than 50 dramas since joining the entertainment industry in 1982, many viewers are familiar with Bobby’s comical image, but few people know that Bobby could have become a model with a cool image and toned body.

In his 20s, Bobby was very fit. Bobby revealed a photo where he looked sharp while wearing a sleek black outfit, a thick gold chain necklace and a pair of stylish aviator sunglasses. Sharing details about the modeling photo, Bobby revealed, “The photo was taken shortly after I graduated from the artiste training class. It was taken nearly 39 years ago when I was filming Angels and Devils <北斗雙雄> with Chow Yun Fat (周潤發) and Tong Leung (梁朝偉). Not much has changed; maybe the hairstyle is different.”

Feeling generous, Bobby pulled out his phone and offered to share two more photos that showed-off his muscular body. “I have more pictures. This was when I was 27 or 28 years old. Look at it, this is what you call v-cut abs. I was born with it. In fact, after I take off my clothes and excluding my stomach, my arms and legs look exactly the same.”

When the reporters asked if Bobby had to train to achieve the toned body, he laughed, “No, I used to [work out] as a hobby and would do it from time to time. My body was amazing. When I was younger, I could eat anything without gaining weight. Now, I would gain weight just by drinking water and breathing.”
