Jang Dong Gun to Give Speech at Hyun Bin’s Wedding
After the smashing success of Netflix K-drama Crash Landing on You, South Korean actors Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin took their romance offscreen. Dating for two years, they announced their engagement in February. The countdown is on as they are scheduled to hold their wedding on March 30.
The outdoor wedding will be a private event with 200 friends and family invited. As the couple developed many friendships within the industry, there will be many celebrities in attendance including Crash Landing on You’s screenwriter Park Ji Eun.
Hyun Bin’s good friend, actor Jang Dong Gun, has been invited to make a congratulatory toast at their wedding. Although Jang Dong Gun is 11 years older, they have maintained their friendship since meeting at a gathering in 2015. The actors worked on 2018 period zombie film, Rampant, and also enjoy playing golf together.
Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin are said to hold their wedding at Aston House of the Sheraton Grand Walkerhill Hotel in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul. The 6-star mountaintop hotel offers sweeping views of the Han River and is a popular wedding venue for local celebrities.
