Tiffany Lau Praised for Her School Photos

Tiffany Lau’s (劉穎鏇) acting career is on a positive note after winning the Most Improved Actress at the 2023 TVB Anniversary Awards. Currently starring in Flight Diary <飛常日誌>, Tiffany Lau attracts attention by play the role of Kenneth Ma’s (馬國明) character’s flight attendant ex-girlfriend while donning a sleek uniform. Beyond her acting, the budding actress is also garnering attention for her school photos.

Recently, netizens discovered Tiffany’s middle school photo where she posed with her school’s basketball team. Tiffany is estimated to be only 15 or 16 years old in the photo and netizens can already tell that Tiffany had always had long legs which were perfect for joining the basketball team. There were many other photos where Tiffany can be seen enjoying her time with her classmates.

When reached out for comments, Tiffany said she had not seen the photos but she said that they were precious memories. Tiffany added that she missed the days when she played basketball every day.

Tiffany first joined the entertainment industry after competing in the 2016 Miss Hong Kong pageantry and winning runner-up. Initially starting out as a host, Tiffany later transitioned to being an actress and earned recognition through her roles in I’ve Got the Power <超能使者> and The Invisibles <隱形戰隊>.

Although Tiffany initially gave the impression that she is just another “pretty face”, she has gradually shed this image with her hard work and enabled the audience to look at her in a new light.

Tiffany once said in an interview that to become an excellent actor, one can’t only rely on appearance. She said, “As an actress, you have to try roles regardless if they are beautiful or ugly.
