TVB Telemovie Releases Set Photos

Releasing its 57th anniversary promotional video, TVB announces eight major anniversary variety programs and a special documentary including telemovie movie Xun Meng Qin Ao <尋夢琴澳>, the station’s first after a 20-year hiatus.

Xun Meng Qin Ao stars Ruco Chan (陳展鵬), Shaun Tam (譚俊彥), Kenneth Ma (馬國明), Nancy Wu (胡定欣), Rosina Lam (林夏薇), and Kelly Cheung (張曦雯).

The story revolves around six Hong Kongers living in Hengqin striving to balance their dreams with life and romance, exploring issues like fertility, gender dynamics, marriage, and online romance scams.

Sisley Choi & Shawn Yue Host Travel Program to Far-Flung Places

Actor Shawn Yue‘s (余文樂) comeback after seven years, Dialogue with Nature <與天地對話> is co-hosted by Shawn together with Philip Keung (姜皓文), Sisley Choi (蔡思貝) and Bob Lam (林盛斌). The four will explore far-flung places such as South Yemen, Socotra Island, the Great Barrier Reef of Queensland and Northern Territory of Australia – while engaging in deep discussions around philosophical topics such as “What do humans live for, “Do you believe in fate?”, “What’s the scariest thing about life”, and “How to deal with adversity”.

Seasoned host Maria Leitão (黎芷珊) dives deep into Ukraine, Israel, and Palestine through the program On the Battlefield <戰場上>, offering a real-life documentation and first-person perspective of how locals live bravely on the front lines amid relentless war.

Le Grand Tour stars host C Kwan (C君) with new co-hosts Luk Ho Ming (陸浩明) and Samantha Ko (高海寧), heading to Osaka and Kyoto for another luxury travel experience, while Self-Drive Tokushima focuses on a leisurely and relaxed tour of Tokushima in Shikoku, with the two hosts, who are former Miss Hong Kong contestants, indulging in rejuvenating beauty spa hot springs. Infotainment program Scam produced by the team behind Scoop <東張西望> and features hosts Albert Au (區永權), Lucy Li (李旻芳), Maggie Leung (梁敏巧), and Edwin Siu (蕭正楠), will employ outdoor and drama-style filming to expose the most common and latest scam techniques!
