Kelly Cheung Declines Taking Over Family Business

Hong Kong actress Kelly Cheung (張曦雯) and Miss Hong Kong 2024 pageants Ellyn Ngai (倪樂琳), Emily Leung (梁嘉莹), Amina Yeung (楊梓瑤), and Candice Wong (王汛文) glammed up for Lukfook Jewelry Race Day and caught up with the media.

As Kelly’s father was in attendance, Kelly revealed that her parents are about to retire their jewelry business in the United States and added, “I was worried about the jewelry store’s safety in the United States because there are few people in the family-run store. Kelly said, “He and my parents have a good relationship. If they live together for a few months or a year, there shouldn’t be any problem.”

Ellyn Wants to Get Married After 30 Years Old

Ellyn, Emily, Amina and Candice shared that they have never received any diamond jewelry from suitors. Candice joked that she received a ring from her brother because there was a discount for buying two rings. When asked if a man has to give her a diamond ring to show his sincerity, she responded, “He can give me his heart.”

When asked when the ladies had thought about when they would want to get married, Ellyn replied, “I will think about it when I’m 30 years old. Now is a good time to pursue my career and it is better to rely on myself than others.”

Sammy Sum Dares Not Forget His Anniversary

Angela Hui (許靖韻) also attended the event and revealed that she is single. When looking for a partner, Angela would not rush to get to know someone. Angela confessed that she often has mood swings and would want a partner who is emotionally mature. As an example, Angel shared that she is forgetful and would forget her anniversary date. However, if her boyfriend forgets their anniversary, she would propose to break up.

Sammy Sum (沈震軒) joined in on the conversation and said that her girlfriend Shirley Chan (陳欣妍) would make a big deal if he forgets their anniversary. Sammy said, “I’ve forgotten our anniversaries and I died many times.
