Bosco Wong (黃宗澤) and Niki Chow (周麗淇) are a couple in TVB drama, A Change Of Heart <好心作怪>, and viewers wonder if the onscreen romance could blossom off-screen as well. Bosco and Niki’s individual love lives are empty since the breaking up with Myolie Wu (胡杏兒) and Kevin Cheng (鄭嘉穎) respectively,
Bosco and Niki Are Only Friends
Whenever artists are portrayed as a couple in front of the camera, it is inevitable that there would be romantic rumors surrounding them. Gossip is especially intense when both individuals are single. However, Niki denies that this is the case with Bosco because she already knew gossip would occur from the beginning. Niki pays no attention to the gossip as she is more focused on working with good onscreen partners such as Michael Tse (謝天華) and Bosco.
Niki believes that as long as she stays professional and concentrates on acting, then it does not matter what the tabloids report, “There are bound to be rumors anyway; you can’t stop them from forming! I don’t understand why there are always these speculations, I mean why can’t men and women simply be friends?”
Niki’s performances have always been well received by the audience, but this time her character will be slightly different than what she is used to playing. In A Change Of Heart, Niki has two relationship arcs with Bosco and Michael Miu (苗僑偉). She will share intimate scenes with both of them. For her underwater kiss scene with Bosco, Niki even forewent the need for a double despite not knowing how to swim. Niki admitted, “When I was in the water, my legs were starting to cramp. That’s why I’m thinking about taking lessons in case there are similar scenes in the future!”
Bosco is Not Afraid of Rumors
Bosco hopes the public will be easy on him in the future due to the amount of past gossip he has already received. He does not give much thought about being linked to Niki. Bosco jokingly admitted that since Niki is a bit of a tomboy, no one would believe the rumors anyway.
When asked about the potential awkwardness between him and Myolie, Bosco answered, “Even if I see her in the future, it won’t be awkward. As long as it’s work related, then I think everything will be fine. If anything, it would be the press that would draw up the awkwardness!”

If anyone watched the latest episode of Super Trio Maximus, their friendship chemistry is apparent and surprisingly Bosco and Mandy mingles well too despite what tabloids said last year.
Seeing how Bosco and Mandy are able to interact very well with each other in Change Heart and Super Trio, I think if in the future, Bosco and Myolie were to have a drama tgt, they should be able to get along fine 🙂 plus i think bosco and nancy are currently filming a drama as well.

I am thoroughly enjoying A Change of Heart at the moment. Absolutely love how boss Michael Miu is and I think Joey Meng is doing a fantastic job as the smiley, psychotic wife. Niki and Bosco have great chemistry and Mandy Wong is just splendid. Even Vincent Wong is doing quite ok as the nerd.
Elaine Yiu is annoying though.
are you serious? elaine is one of the best actress in supporting roles now. her acting is way better than niki’s wooden and boring flat face!

to be honest, elaine and jj jia character story is the most boring in the show. i find their characters okay but if they are not inside, it wont make much difference IMO :/
i don’t really watch elaine’s part yet but elaine is one underrated great actress tvb has now but sadly it’s people like you two who are unsupportive of a good actress that makes tvb promoting many girls who can’t act!
Elaine’s acting so far in ACOH is so-so. Not that it is bad. It’s good but just not ‘great’. Niki, Joey and Mandy easily beat her in terms of acting in this drama. But I can say she’s better than Benjamin’s wife in the series.

yesh i cant stand Dr Yiu’s lil bro’s character. i wish TVB will stop making those un-men characters’ out there. dramas dont necessary need to be reality all the time, especially in a romantic aspect.
Siu Yiu is a useless man but he has his redeeming qualities. Dr. Yiu is too dreamy whether as a potential husband, boyfriend, friend, doctor or human being, male species like him are almost extinct now.
Ahh I’m totally spazzing at Bosco carrying both characters nicely and in character and looking gorgeous as both. I’m so happy.

Haha! You are someone full of hatred. I certainly enjoyed watching Michael Miu / Bosco & Niki(although I don’t really like her). I find Mandy to be over-acting for this role. I like Mandy. She is a good actress, I expected her to act more naturally.
Well we’re judging an actor based on this series not in general sometimes a really good actor in general is mediocre in a particular series, so far Elaine’s performance is not that good. Niki is doing alright in here though the real stars of the show so far is Bosco, Mandy, and Joey. Michael is great as well.
Lol what does Bosco being a flirt has anything to do with whether or not he can act? I see you say the same thing all the time, besides you’re in no position to judge since you’re not even keeping up with the series. You would know that doctor role is not his main one, he’s doing really well in here. I don’t know why you’re biased against Bosco or anyone else in this series you should always keep your criticisms professional not personal. Mentioning Niki’s relationship with Kevin and dragging Charmaine into this just shows how biased you are in your judgement.

I have, twice. And I enjoyed Niki’s performance in the show. Niki wasn’t a miscast, she had wooden emotions because that’s how her character is.
Elaine was annoying in Bottled Passion but in a good way, because that’s how her character is supposed to be.
Mandy is not underrated. Neither is Joey. They’re both getting leading roles in their upcoming series. How are they underrated?

For ~8 years they have been together. I’m sure Myolie knows very well Bosco’s “friendly” attitude. We, as outsiders, know of this. I’m sure Myolie knows his personality hundred times more than we do. Yet they are able to be together for so long.
Perhaps “cheating” wasn’t the reason why they broke up. Maybe their “officially-official” public relationship (since the ehem home incident) gave them too much pressure (Maybe from TVB?)

I think everyone is doing good in this series too. Interesting cast and plot. Here’s my opinion on the main cast so far…
Michael Miu: 10/10, I really like his role as the selfish boss in the beginning. Always liked Michael Miu acting.
Bosco Wong: 10/10, I think Bosco is doing very good for playing 2 different role.
Niki Chow: 9/10, looks similar to her role in Sergeant Tabloid “Leu Fey Hap”. So, not really a breakthrough role… but still enjoying it.
Joey Meng: 10/10, Just very awesome! Can’t wait to see her evilness to come out in the outcome episodes. Is it her first time that she plays a villain role?
The standouts amongst the main characters are definitely Joey & Bosco – both real and convincing. Joey made an impression from episode one where her inner b*tchiness already showed in the car accident scene.
Michael Miu’s acting has always been kind of weak…his angry and evil scenes weren’t convincing!! Overacting at best….
Bosco is really convincing as the stark contrasted and rough twin brother of himself. Somewhat his image fits the youner brother more than the dashing doctor. His initial doctor role was NOT convincing.
Never say never since anything is possible in this world.. When Tony and Carina first met each other, they did not even like each other. However, years later they fell in love, dated for many years and are finally married now. I am sure that they did not even imagine being together or ending up getting married. Therefore, you really don’t know what can happen in the future.

What’s with the negativity towards the two? Sel wi fi is the same person – perhaps selliesellie? Lol…anyways, I love the chemistry towards niki bosco I watch for them they are my bias. Mandy’s character is interesting but kinda annoying I’m not wowed yet. She is improving too, I liked her in hippo tactic crush so I look forward to the sequel!
Come to think of it she does sound like her lol. Bosco and Niki is alright I feel Bosco and Mandy have more chemistry though maybe because their characters are much more interesting together. I thought her role in Hippocratic Crush is one of her weaker ones, she wasn’t likeable until near the end of the series. She’s pretty good in here, her character is suppose to be annoying but she provides the comedy it’s not too bad.
honestly, i cant stand nikki’s character at all. shes a horrible cop, boss, and person. she doesnt ever listen to anyoe except for herself even when others are right and treats her coworkers like crap.
Love most of the character, except Kaka (Mandy wong). Can’t tell if She is Kwan yi so or Kaka, her acting basically the same in L’escargot and here. A bit OTT..

Although this has been my first drama in 2013 but I don’t get addicted to the point where I feel like I must watch the next episode. I can’t wait to watch episode 2 of the police boundaries from HKTV. It’s a must watch guys!
