Bosco Wong Sees Eliza Sam as His Sister

Since Bosco Wong (黃宗澤) and Myolie Wu (胡杏兒) broke up last year, rumors about Bosco’s new romantic possibilities have been circulating nonstop. Earlier, it was reported that the 32-year-old actor pursued and was secretly dating Bella Lam (林穎彤), and now he is currently rumored with goddess Eliza Sam (岑麗香).

Gossip surrounding Bosco and Eliza were in full force even before the start of filming for their new drama, Mr. & Mrs. Bean <貓屎媽媽>. Because of this, Bosco was said to be avoiding spending extra time with Eliza on set during filming breaks. Bosco denied the accusations and replied, “Please spare me! I’m not avoiding Eliza. She’s a very outgoing and hardworking person; I always see her practicing her script on the side. When she has questions, she just asks us.”

Eliza’s popularity has skyrocketed after Divas In Distress <巴不得媽媽> and has been included in many big productions. Nicknamed Goddess, Eliza possesses a bubbly personality with a cute face; it is no wonder Bosco thought she was born in the 1990s. However, when he realized that Eliza is already 28 years old, Bosco said he treats her like a little sister and she is not the type of girl he would date. In this series, Bosco and Eliza will be playing a pair of bickering enemies that will eventually turn into lovers. As part of the script, they will have a CPR scene where Bosco needs to perform mouth-to-mouth resuscitation on Eliza. Bosco stated that they are highly professional and there is no awkwardness between then.

Upon hearing the rumors, Eliza laughed, “I don’t really mind anymore and I can’t control the tabloids. I even got linked with Penny Chan (陳國峰) when we shared a taxi! That’s why I’m placing more focus on my work from now on.”

Bosco’s current drama, A Change Of Heart <好心作怪>, peaked at 29 points last week. Despite mediocre ratings, Bosco loved working with Michael Miu (苗僑偉) and even jokingly mentioned that he is planning to pick out a pair of swim trunks for Michael when the ratings hit 32 points. After the filming for Mr. & Mrs. Bean is completed, Bosco may star in a new movie. In October, Bosco may have a chance to collaborate with Michael on a new drama.
