Raymond Lam Issues Press Statement: “Karena Ng Didn’t Force Me to Marry Her!”
Eyes are closely watching Raymond Lam (林峯) and Karena Ng‘s (吳千語) relationship for the latest developments. Besides recent pregnancy allegations, it was reported that Karena was angry that Raymond still has not proposed yet and purposely flirted with Pakho Chau (周柏豪) and a male masseuse, making Raymond cry in public. Tabloids claimed that Karena was out to squeeze dry Raymond’s money and asked him to buy her a new house for $8 million HKD. To stop the spread of the false rumors, both Raymond and Karena issued a press statement in order to clarify the state of their relationship.
Rumors Getting Out of Hand
The paparazzi uncovered that one time Raymond and Karena both visited a massage parlor and in order to push Raymond’s buttons, the 19-year-old insisted on choosing a male masseuse. When Karena did not listen to Raymond’s pleas on choosing a different masseuse; it was said that Raymond shed tears in frustration.
Another source indicated that besides having Raymond spend large amounts of money on Karena, she requested that he buy her a property that was approximated to be $8 million HKD. This figure should not have been a problem for Raymond, who comes from a wealthy family, but because Raymond’s father is not fond of Karena, Raymond has no choice but to fork out his own cash.
Raymond and Karena’s Response
Since the rumors are damaging Karena’s reputation, Raymond and Karena decided to release a public statement to clarify the speculations once and for all:
“Ever since we, Raymond Lam and Karena Ng, have publicly announced our relationship, there has been a lot of negative publicity about us. As public figures, we understand that rumors are inevitable, but they are now affecting our friends and family members. These falsifications are disturbing our daily activities and we would like to officially state that:
1) We are simply dating and we have yet to talk about marriage. All marriage reports about us are fabricated.
2) We both value our careers and are independent beings. Our spending is separate and all stories about shared expenses are false.
3) Both of us respect each other and therefore the allegations of making the other cry out in frustration are nonsense.
Since these stories are now affecting people we care about, we have no choice but to take this step. We hope that the media will perform proper research to ensure accuracy on future reports and to stop circulating nonsensical rumours. In order to protect ourselves, we reserve the right to pursue all legal actions.
We appreciate those who are concerned about our well-beings, but we hope that we will be able to maintain our personal spaces after the release of this statement.”

-I am her career and yes our spending is seperate since I separate our credit card bills but the shared expenses is false because she never share, I pay fully

HeTieShou, it’s fine to speculate but there is a borderline. The HK paparazzi definitely crossed it, hence the press statement.. What Funn has done is a bit rude, so to speak. It’s like mocking what they have released from the press statement. Would you do that to your friend who has been going through rumours and then they release a statement but at the end, someone turns their words to make it sound “funny” ? I don’t think so.. but this is exactly what Funn has done.
I don’t see it for laughs, you know.

But when people do announce they’re ina relationship thing, people either judge or praise upon it, like it’s their business. The report does sound damaging to Karena and making Raymond look like an unmanly wuss for “it was said that Raymond shed tears in frustration. ” I understand why Raymond has to quickly set up a press conference to save their reputation.

haha not all the actors have a ton of plastic but RL definitely had 3-4 nose jobs.
I forgot which article but it showed about 6-7 pics of RL over the years when he was just an extra jail guard in At the Threshold of an era with Kenix and Gallen Lo, RL’s nose was HUGE, then slowly getting smaller and more pointed throughout the years.
I am not sure that RL had that many nose jobs since honestly, his nose still does not look so great. I think he may have had enhancements done to it, but not sure about major nose jobs because IF he did, it would not look how it does now. His nose still looks big and a bit flat.

But if you compare the chinese to the translated thing, it’s a bit off.
