Kenneth Ma: “I Had Never Been Chased By Women!”
Currently named as one of TVB’s top diamond bachelors, Kenneth Ma (馬國明) laughed it off and exclaimed, “Every man in TVB who isn’t married yet is a diamond bachelor!” All this time, he has been taking the media’s reports lightheartedly and treating them as a way of promotion instead.
At 39 years old, Kenneth revealed he has never been chased by women, and it has always been the other way around. “The women I know are all very reserved,” he said. At a function event for a watch brand in Happy Valley, Kenneth was caught in gentleman action. After completing a catwalk with model, Jocelyn, he noticed the rim of her dress was caught and immediately helped fix it. Although surrounded by female colleagues each day, Kenneth revealed he is not romantically linked with anyone and thanked reporters for writing about him. “One’s imagination is perfect, but reality is cruel!”
Recently, Kenneth completed a movie project in mainland China. When asked if he is popular among women there, Kenneth replied, “Women from Shanghai and Beijing have high standards. They’re all very pretty and have gorgeous figures. I’m not qualified enough!” In terms of career options, Kenneth expressed he favors dramas more than films, since it allows him greater freedom of development.
TVB previously issued a new policy that is supposed to benefit its artists by providing a smoother filming process and allowing them more breaks. It has been stated filming should not exceed 10 hours at a time and scripts must be 80 percent completed before filming begins. Kenneth expressed improvements should be made whether or not there are other competing broadcasting companies. “The most important thing is the completion of the script. [The new policy] is a good thing. I hope it will be carried out.”

That’s why he is considered a diamond bachelor. He is well educated, rich, popular, and most importantly, he doesn’t have any negative rumours.
I wouldnt say rich lol, but I agree with the rest of what he said. I hope he stays humble and genuine throughout his entire career.

He once described himself as good-husband material, but he is not the ideal boyfriend type. Perhaps that says something about his personality, and what other girls’ he has encountered look for. And just because he appears to be a true gentleman and diamond bachelor, doesnt mean he’s a match for every girl (or guy..? Really..T_T lol)

Oh I see what you mean, the innocent image that Linda has right. Well I dont think it’s necesarily tbb setting their image to be that way…their real personalities are like that, so I dont see it as a negative thing. I think the media has rather a big part in ‘creating’ these so-called innocent, goody two shoes image, like how the media created the whole ‘Linda-bb’ name .. Also, at least Kenneth isn’t stimgmatised at the same time as he is being associated as a ‘diamon bachelor’, gentleman, ‘mummy’s-good-boy’. He can pull off a villianous role convincingly without any issues, and gets casted in different roles as oppose to Linda. Linda is extremely typecasted since her image really has stigmatised her.
So whether or not Kenneth has the ability to catch the attention of girls’,I think it’s just to make noise more than to build his image

Fox, rumoured is the keyword. So far I have only really heard her with 1 guy and that is her secret bf or ex bf. Nothing wrong which is exactly the point except one guy went all out to lie about it, denied, cried, and at last admitted. If he has just admitted instead of being a drama queen, perhaps I may have more respect for that. The wrong in this case in many eyes of others is not the fact he has sex or has a girlfriend or she took a picture, etc but rather he lied about the truth. There is a difference.
Mind you enlighten me when did he deny the relationship with PSS? He immediately admitted she was his ex. You seem to have biased memory which lead to wrong order. And wat’s up? I didnt imply Linda is a bad girl as you think, but I dun think of her as a Virginia like you are. I also dun say she sleeps around and definitely not being bitter fan who trying to twist some facts. To me, She is rather a nice girl, but her image as virgin innocent girl is similar to Taylor Swift. In one year, she is also rumoured with guys. Of course, less than Ma Ming by Taylor vibe.
To make clear, Chung BB’s innocent/virgin image is given to her by Txb and they pay to promote such to her. It’s similar to Taylor who gets the fairy innocent image with her. Fans buy it and they can’t change. But they still need men/love life to gain attention, like how Taylor wrote about her ex-es. So we see the love rumours on newspaper but the PR team keeps them like being treated unfair by men. Good girl image is so.
None of them are bad girls, indeed. But I pity them to have to live differently to their personality to keep image. Linda is already 30, maybe she.should think of letting down her BB image and announce a bf. Underground loves too many years.
To me, the current male equivalent of Linda Chung in TVB is Jason Chan.

Jason Chan the equivalent to Linda? No lar. I see Jason Chan I feel like giving up. That man is a god awful actor, he just doesn’t have that grativas for any scene. He is the male equivalent to Selena Li, the way they speak, the way they act, like twins.
