Aimee Chan is Pregnant with a Baby Girl
After giving birth to Aiden Joshua last December, Aimee Chan (陳茵媺) has been delaying her return to acting. It was speculated that husband Moses Chan (陳豪) shot down Aimee’s plans to return to work, causing the couple to run into a cold front. It turns out that the real reason behind her extended maternity leave is that Aimee is currently pregnant with her second child.
Baby Girl On The Way
Hoping to spend more couple time together before life gets busy in the Chan household after the arrival of their second baby, Moses and Aimee planned a vacation to the Maldives. Appearing at the Hong Kong airport today, Aimee showed off her mini baby bump. Evidently in a great mood, Moses could not stop smiling and welcomed photos and questions from reporters.
When asked about the baby’s gender, Moses indirectly revealed that the couple will be welcoming a baby girl in March 2015.
Although Aimee previously stated that she still possesses passion for acting and hopes to resume her work at TVB again, she is now solely focusing on her family at the moment. Since it would be difficult for Aimee to take care of Aiden Joshua as her pregnancy advances, Aimee’s parents–who normally reside in Canada– will stay in Hong Kong until the baby girl arrives.
No Room For Cats
When Aimee was pregnant, she reluctantly gave away her three cats because she did not want to take allergy medications. Netizens felt she had “abandoned” her cats, an act that true pet lovers would never commit. While promising she would bring the cats home once she stops breastfeeding Aiden Joshua, it looks like the cats will be on extended leave now that Aimee is pregnant again.

Happy for them! 🙂
Great news! And lucky to the viewers, no more bad acting for at least a couple of years
yeah, hopefully forever!! Yippee!
Congratulation! And btw, who cares whether she loves acting or not. The point is she can’t act. Breeding is probably the best thing she has ever done.
lol, mean but to the point!
oh cute! very happy to hear that Aimee is having a baby girl!!!! 🙂
Perhaps her daughter will be Miss Hong Kong 2035 and becomes a TVB actress.
oh okay! wow! have to wait for a long time until 2035 for her daughter to be the miss hong kong in 2035!!!!!! ~~~
And her son will be Mr Hong Kong haha. these comments are funny
WOW! 😀 🙁 LOL!
I read the original article in Mandarin and Chen hao’s reply did not actually hint at a girl at all lol… Its the reporters who took his words out of context
She’s only 3 months pregnant, so they wouldn’t know the gender of the baby yet.
It’s crazy how fast she got pregnant though. Didn’t even give her body a chance to recover from the first pregnancy.
Congratulations to Aimee and Moses!
What an ideal family. A father, a mother, a son and a daughter. Feels like a family in the Happy Family card deck. 🙂
Happy wife, happy life. 😀 🙁 LOL!
Oh Who cares about the cats?? Of course baby’s health is more important
So the millionaire’s family is complete 🙂
Grats!
Jayne,
I was quite surprise that the above absurd and dirty comment got posted. Sometimes my regular comment was even got suspended but wonder how the above profanity get posted.
It’s quite disturbing to read that kind of message several time in different article.
Agreed! While I’m all for free speech, there is a find line between what is appropriate and inappropriate ness.
you’re new to the internet aren’t you?
No, I just have morals.
Actually, it’s got nothing to do with morals. A person who says inappropriate things is not necessarily immoral. Said person may just like to say inappropriate things. What you can and perhaps should do is tell said person why you think his or her comment is inappropriate. Also, just because don’t write anything inappropriate (I don’t even know what that means anymore as people like yourself are so sensitive nowadays), doesn’t mean you don’t think inappropriate thoughts and also doesn’t mean you have morals. You may just be better at zipping your lip to avoid people telling you that you have said something inappropriate and thus, don’t have morals.
Yeah, it was awkward and disturbing to read. It has been occurring in a lot of articles recently. Probably, the same sicko.
Ita,
Will scan and delete vulgar comments. Sometimes I can’t get to them immediately after they are published, but they will be removed.
FYI, online harassment can be reported to the authorities (FBI, police, etc.).
Jayne, there is a similar offensive comment in your article on Linda Chung.
What was that comment about?
