Bowie Lam Wins Best Actor Award in Singapore
At the recent 15th Asian TV Awards held in Singapore, Bowie Lam won the Best Actor Award in the drama category. Bowie won for his role in Sisters of Pearl <掌上名珠>. Susan Tse Shuet Shum won the Best Supporting Actress Award in the drama category for her performance in Beyond the Realm of Conscience <宫心计>.
While in Singapore, Bowie met some fans from Great Britain, who indicated that they watched his performance in Sisters of Pearl. Bowie felt happy upon hearing this, since most foreigners only watch western television programs. After receiving the Best Actor Award, Bowie intends to celebrate with his family and friends. He wanted to thank the Producer of Sisters of Pearl, Lam Chi Wah, the most.

Jayne: I am happy for Bowie Lam’s recognition by the audience in Singapore. Bowie is a great acting talent and I hope he will be around for a long time! He seems to aged so much in the above photo though!

So happy for Bowie too! To me, it doesn’t matter which role this award is for, as long as he’s acknowledged for his hard work.
He’s a versatile actor who should have more lead roles in TVB series. It’s about time he got recognised for his acting talents.
BTW, does anyone know if has he won any major TVB awwards?

Ah i see i see. Yea, i have to agree, both of them were good in BTROC. Besides them, i also liked Michelle Yim as well.
