Shirtless Vincent Wong Braves Cold for “With or Without You”
Despite the temperature dropping to only 36 degrees Fahrenheit, the cast of With or Without You <東坡家事> continues to film in the brutal cold weather. While Bobby Au Yeung (歐陽震華) and Joey Meng (萬綺雯) had their thick costumes on, Vincent Wong (王浩信) braved the frigid temperature and had to film half-naked.
Showing off his six-pack abs, Vincent put up a smile during a fight scene for the drama. Although Vincent did not show it, he admitted to shivering the entire time.
Filming of Flat Slave <樓奴> weeks prior, Vincent was required to put on extra pounds to play the role of a young chef. Because the production dates of Flat Slave and With or Without You were so close to each other, Vincent had no choice but to continue his training and bland diet in the freezing winter in order to achieve fast results.
Vincent revealed, “The filming schedule was tight since I had a lot of scenes and little time for training. That’s why I have to eat very healthy food such as chicken and egg whites. Because it’s very cold here, the food on the set is very oily and I have to rinse it with water before eating. I’ll do my best and hope that the results look good. Before the start of filming, I ran a dozen laps around the palace. Perhaps I was low on blood sugar – I was even dizzy afterwards!”

No such thing as “last-minute workouts” to achieve a big muscular body. You either took steroids or hgh (human growth hormone). That’s it!
Are you stupid anon? You only need a few weeks to lean down. There are various contest prep macro nutrition plans to get you down and low body fat fast. Although getting so low isn’t healthy and would make you at your bodies weakest.
You’re retarded ted wong! If you read the article, you would know that he was bulking, and not cutting. You need to learn to fix your comprehension issues, before making an attempt to criticize others. You obviously have no clue of what you’re talking about and know nothing about bulking. Anyone can gain weight in a short-period time and look like a fatass, but bulking up and staying lean is another ball game, and impossible to replicate in a short period of time unless you’re on HGH or steroids, retard!
it’s impossible for you anon because you have weak genetics srs
@ted wong jr
Vincent Wong, is that you? Lol
Actually, the guy already had a decent physique if you seen some of his past dramas. You don’t have to spend hours lifting weights to achieve a decent body. And if you look at the picture he ain’t that big but he’s cut. You can get a decent cut look by having low body fat if you already have some good muscle mass on you. It just looks like he ate clean and did a lot of cardio to get more definition on his muscles.
Should end the argument for both of you, bunch of amateurs.
^ Another idiot that thinks he knows what he’s talking about.
The article specifically said he needed to gain muscle mass. It’s true that he had a decent physique to start off, but it takes TIME to PUT ON MUSCLE MASS (gaining weight) and ADDITIONAL TIME to cut the body fat so he looks cut in the picture. You think he can do both of that at the same time? If you think so, then you know nothing about bodybuilding. Say he needs to gain 5lb of muscles, for a man of his physique, he can only gain about 1lb per week with proper dieting and exercise. So it takes him 10-12 weeks to gain 10-12lb of muscles and fat. After 12 weeks, he’ll look bloated with little definition, so at that point he will need to lose the fat (cutting). Say he needs to lose another 7lb of fat to gain 5lb of muscles. THATS ANOTHER 7 weeks of dieting to gain 5lb of muscle mass. If you add the numbers together, that’s 19 weeks of training. This is what a normal weightlifter would go through without taking drugs. He certainly doesn’t have 19 weeks (5 months) to look like that for an entertainer, particularly not for TVB. There’s quite a few people that takes HGH and Steroids at TVB. If you disagree then you’re just plain naive.
You are right in what you say. But listen, the guy isn’t bodybuilding. He ain’t training to compete and look at that picture, will you call that big? No! He only has well defined muscles. You don’t have to get fat or bloated to look like that.
You can throw all those stats and numbers at me but it don’t mean you know what your talking about, pal!

You don’t need to look like Arnold to be called a bodybuilder. Just stop already!
Feel sorry for Vincent Wong to film with a half-naked body in the freezing cold weather with a temperature of 36 F. He will catch a cold very easily. Don’t forget ……… he has a very young daughter at home.
dont forget the film will get delayed if he got sick, not really a smart move of the director.
My man Vincent Wong working hard. He going be big in fame and size one day if he keeps this work ethic.
mmmm. so sexy.
poor Vincent! i love him!
