Rhydian Vaughan Marries Non-Celebrity Girlfriend

Taiwanese actor Rhydian Vaughan (鳳小岳) and longtime girlfriend Hung Che-chun (洪喆君) have officially tied the knot in a humble ceremony on June 30th. Their witnesses included close friends and family. Hong Kong actor Anthony Wong (黃秋生) was also present, and shared the news on his Weibo.

The 28-year-old actor, who is of Eurasian descent, welcomed his first child with Che-chun, a son, in January 2016. The couple and the media affectionally called their son “Xiao Mu’er”, or “Little Wood Ear.”

In the photos shared by Anthony online, the low-profile couple were dressed modestly in cute white outfits. Che-chun had very light makeup on. It appears that the small wedding was held inside a courtroom.

Despite being only 28 years old, Rhydian said he matured a great deal after becoming a father. He said his heart has become old, and joked that his son has tamed his playful heart. Rhydian, who is at the peak of his career, admits that it’s hard to leave his family as he is away filming, but said, “At this point in the child’s life, he needs his mother more. As for me, I should do what I should be doing, and that is to stay by their side and support them.”
