Lai Lok Yi, Nicole Lee Welcome Baby Boy

Lai Lok Yi (黎諾懿) and wife Nicole Lee (李潔瑩) welcomed their son into the world yesterday. The boy was delivered via Cesarean section and weighed 6.6 pounds.

Last Friday, Nicole did not feel well. Upon examination, the obstetrician told Nicole that the baby was ready to arrive, two weeks earlier than its original due date. However, the baby’s head still had not turned, making a natural delivery difficult. Since the couple wanted to avoid a difficult labor, Nicole finally agreed to have a Cesarean section.

Lai Lok Yi shared, “Although I was in the delivery room, I did not cut the baby’s umbilical cord. I was afraid of the blood and concerned that I might hurt the baby, so I left it to the professionals.” As to who their son resembles more, Lok Yi said, “Our family and friends said he looks more like Nicole, but I think he resembles me.”

Feeling overwhelmed with happiness, Lok Yi immediately shared photos of the baby on Instagram. He wrote a heartfelt post thanking his wife for all her hard work in bringing their baby into the world.
