@jesspepperwang not sure about the current financial status but recall she was hinted in HK as a gold digger when she was dating Raymond. Her family was said to be quite well off as her father owed restaurant or some business but turned out that he was a hawker. Though I don’t know if that misinformation came from her or she didn’t clarify so silently misled the public. She wasn’t highly educated either, finishing high school or lower. And when she was with Raymond, she was seen with expensive bags, living in expensive residential area which as a young model and new actress and family background, shouldn’t be able to afford. On one hand, we could say that it was Raymond’s showering her with expensive gifts as he loved her but it didn’t make the public think highly of her. It was also rumoured that Raymond’s family never once approved of her.
