Donnie’s infamous temperament may sound scary just from rumors and stories from other people who have worked with him. And now the 52 min making of of The Prosecutor is catching alot attention.

But strict attitudes and fiery temper has always been prevalent in the Hong Kong action movie industry since the 1960s. Remember, he was mentored by Yuen Woo Ping, who was also infamous for being strict and having bad temper on set. I guess Donnie got his temper from his mentor the same way as strict parents passes their kids their strictness and temper, and in turn passing those traits on to their offsprings etc. Jackie Chan and Sammo Hung were also infamous for the same thing.
