It is a breezy watch.The last ep was tear filled ep. But in retrospect there is nothing controversial about this series depicting a time when south korea went thru great changes, political upheaval, economic upheaval but our heroine doesn’t even participate in school protests and wasn’t bullied except by rich snobby future in laws which were great episodes to watch. I wish it was deeper, but frankly it just touches the surface. Life isn’t that idyllic in South Korea for the hardcore poor.
