Babies with Tavia Yeung? Him Law “Will Work On It”

Him Law (羅仲謙) and Priscilla Wong (黃翠如) attended an event for a wristwatch brand this weekend in Hong Kong. Priscilla’s new TVB anniversary drama, Two Steps from Heaven <幕後玩家>, will be premiering this Monday. Him, on the other hand, has been shooting his new series in Mainland China.

It’s been rumored since as early as their October wedding that Him and his wife, Tavia Yeung (楊怡), are expecting. While the couple did say they wanted to start a family, they denied being pregnant.

Him denied the pregnancy rumor once again at this weekend’s event. He said, “I’ve been in the mainland for work. Tavia did send me the gossip report to look at. We’ve been trying. It’s normal to have kids after marriage, but it’s not how it’s like in the report.”

Reporters then asked if Him if he was staying quiet because Tavia was in her first trimester. He said once again, “Not true. I need to go back to the mainland tomorrow anyways.” (Try harder now before you leave?) “We’ve always been working on it. Let’s leave it to fate. Right now I want to earn more money for my family.” (Received any baby tips?) “I’ve heard that certain things you eat can affect the baby’s sex. I do want a daughter first, but health comes first no matter what. I don’t have time to look into this more. I’m going to be staying in the mainland for another month. I’ll think about it when I return to Hong Kong.”

Due to work obligations, Tavia and Him have not had their honeymoon yet. Reporters joked that “baby-making” will always be a success during the honeymoon. Him laughed and said, “That’s what I heard too, but we’ll leave it to fate!”
