[Beauty] How Charmaine Sheh and Stephy Tang Maintain Youthful Complexions
Appearing glamorous and with thick makeup in front of cameras, female celebrities often prefer to let their skin breathe on their days off. Often posting photos of their bare faces, Charmaine Sheh (佘詩曼) and Stephy Tang (鄧麗欣) still have great complexions and are living proof that age is only a number.
Charmaine Treats Her Skin Carefully
For her 44th birthday, Charmaine shared a bare face photo and received endless compliments in looking so young and beautiful. Charmaine revealed that the trick to having good skin is drinking a lot of water each day and keeping the skin hydrated at all times. Besides water, Charmaine also likes to drink carrot juice and apple juice.
Charmaine explains that a good skincare routine is a must– especially for women who wear heavy makeup during work hours. Charmaine makes sure she removes all of her makeup off completely before going to bed. She uses face masks every night, and would use cold potato slices as eye masks if her eyes are swollen that day.
Stephy Relies on Exercise
Possessing great skin, 35-year-old Stephy Tang exercises very often, and would switch between stretching, volleyball, and hiking. Exercise helps Stephy maintain a good mood throughout the day and combat negativity. Sharing her own exercise results keeps her motivated, and Stephy likes to post photos of her makeup-free face after a workout session.
Stephy said emotional well-being and exercise are the two key ingredients to youthful skin. As for her eating habits, Stephy eats two kiwis every day and a sweet potato in the morning.

they are making it sound like women in their 30s and 40s should naturally look old. many ladies i know, ordinary people still look like they are in their mid 20s. as long as you stay slim, you look can young at any age. i am more impressed at ladies who look youthful post-menopause because that’s when a a woman’s body take a big wide turn. the thinking that ladies should look past prime after their 20s is so old. 30 is now the new 20.
Yeah. Fact is, this generation looks much younger than the last did. Whether it is diet or lifestyle who knows. I think you can rarely tell the difference between someone in their 20s and 30s, especially of east asian heritage.
