Myolie Wu and Johnson Lee’s Dating News is Only a Prank?
Is Myolie Wu (胡杏兒) dating Johnson Lee (李思捷)? The shocking development was fueled by various photos surfacing today, in which Johnson was spotted accompanying Myolie on vacation in South Korea.
Myolie revealed earlier that she will be taking a lengthy vacation in South Korea in March with her best friends, Nancy Wu (胡定欣), Mandy Wong (黃智雯), and Paisley Wu (胡蓓蔚). Netizens spotted the ladies shopping on the streets of South Korea, with Johnson surprisingly in tow! The side of Johnson’s face was clearly visible in the photo.
A few hours later, another netizen claimed to have spotted Myolie and Johnson behaving intimately at the airport. Although the photo only shows their backsides, the photo is speculated to be authentic, as Myolie was seen wearing the same white coat and sneakers in other travel photos from the same trip.
Meanwhile, Myolie is causing a stir on her Sina Weibo blog by posting, “I’ve found [him]!” hinting that she has a new boyfriend. She is seen hugging a man in the photo, which was cropped to show only the back of the man’s head. Neither Myolie nor Johnson’s managers have responded to questions whether the pair is truly dating, or that they chanced upon each other in South Korea.
Myolie and Johnson starred together in 2012 TVB drama, Wish and Switch <換樂無窮>. Portraying a married couple in the drama, the co-stars were so at ease with one another that Myolie even allowed Johnson to touch her chest intimately in a hospital resuscitation scene. The scene had caused an outcry at the time of airing, as Johnson’s hands made full contact with Myolie’s chest while giving her compressions. However, Johnson was still dating model/ actress Lukian Wong (王寶寶) at the time and did not break up until last year.
During Valentine’s Day, Myolie had received flowers from a new admirer. Although Mandy and Nancy know who her new pursuer is, they held onto Myolie’s secret. Returning to Hong Kong today, Nancy admitted that she had taken the “mystery man” photo and will allow Myolie to unveil everything herself.
As fans are still reeling from shock about Myolie and Johnson as a possible item, Myolie said that it was only a prank. Twelve hours after sharing her “mystery man” photo, she wrote on her Sina Weibo, “Sorry, you have been tricked!”

I think it’s true that Myolie and Johnson are dating! It’s too much of a coincidence to believe the Johnson “ran” into the group while there.
Wow…didn’t see them as a potential item at all. But there are similarities between Johnson and Bosco’s personalities, so that may explain the attraction.

Myole went to the vacation trip with her girl-friends. With Johnson being the ONLY sole male there in the girls group are not coincident.
Were Johnson and Myole “friends” with each others before? Maybe she see him as her “gege” like older brother.
Maybe Johnson just broke up with his gf, and he is depress therefore Myole let him tag along with her to cheer him up.
Is Johnson dating anyone now? Last time I read something about he having a gf.
If both parties are single, I support them. Why not? Sometimes the most unexpected couples are the one that make it in the end.

There was news of Johnson breaking up with longtime girlfriend, Lukian Wong, and then reconciling, and then breaking up again. He was photographed kissing friend, Ellen Chan, last year, which was speculated to be the reason for breakup.
If he’s dating Myolie, then he’s not single anymore.

Myolie and Johnson likely became friends after “Wish and Switch”. In past interviews, she said she prefers a boyfriend with a good sense of humor who is able to make her laugh.
I personally not a fan of Johnson, also don’t find him good looking.
But Myole seem like an independent woman. I don’t think she is that shallow to requirement her bf to be handsome and rich.
Johnson does seem to have a good sense of humor though.
they can be friends, guys and girls can be good friends too. I sometimes link arms with my guy friends that I know for years. Also, wasn’t Johnson intimate with Allen Chan few months ago.

Myolie is normally not the type to play along with false rumors. She likely posted photo of the “mystery man” photo because she realized netizens were snapping photos of the group vacation in Korea and it was matter of time before rumors spread regarding Johnson. So the “mystery man” selfie is her way of admitting to the romance.
No denial by this time pretty much means it’s an admission.
They don’t have an upcoming drama together right? Then they are not playing it to promote their new drama.
Another possibility is they very close like brother/sister relationship therefore she let him tag along with her girls group to her vacation trip.
One of the reason I fell for it was because Myolie let Johnson joins the ladies in their vacation. He was the only male there. If I’m not mistaken Myolie and Johnson had worked in a series before where there was a fuss about Johnson touching Myolie’s bare breast in a CPR scene.

Am I the only one who is thinking that this may be a tactic to promote a possible second part to “Office of Practical Jokes” that Johnson Lee may be part of and asking Myolie and the Wu girlfriends to help out? The Myolie-Johnson pair just seems too out-of-nowhere. Then again, Bosco-Vanessa too. As long as they find happiness in their other halves. Just feel that this whole announcement thing comes about as a little fishy/unreal.
I actually thought he was dating Elaine Yiu since they were walking together (linking arms? I can’t remember) at the last friends gathering with all of these girls. I guess it was him and Myolie all along.
I think they’ve been good friends for a long time time now so they already know how each other are like, and decided to give it a try since they are both single. It’s a little surprising, but also not since it’s probably easier for them to date within the industry since they know how crazy both their schedules will get.

based on Myolie’s own admission of her insecurities with Bosco’s flirting… and given Johnson’s past… I’m not sure this is a match that will last.

This all come down to 2 possibilities:
1. Johnson and her are very close with each others. She also feel so comfortable around him much that she let him join her girly vacation.
or 2. Possible of gettting to know each others, and testing the water.

To be honest, I think they had planned this all along. Regardless of what guy they hang out with, they wouldn’t so “carelessly” take pictures of him in there, esp. among these smart girls. The fact that Mandy took pictures that had Johnson. And then Nancy admitted that she took the one in which they hugged, shows that they are both part of the prank.
I believe that Johnson wanted to start promoting his show and had asked the girls if he could tag along and possibly have them be part of his first prank and they’re all friends so immediately agreed. That’s my guess.
If this is true, Myolie is really scrapping the bottom of the barrel. She deserves so much better than that twerp.

Myolie doesn’t deserve any more or less than what she chooses for herself. She is not too good for this guy and she can’t do so much better. No one is beneath her, she’s just another person. In my opinion, if Johnson wants to help himself, he should steer clear of Myolie cause whatever happens, he’ll be branded the bad guy.
They prob did that to end all speculation of y he was with them on vacay…but I’m glad it’s not true and I’m glad that they r good friends obviously…
