Chilam Cheung Recovering from Nasal Surgery

Due to suffering from allergies for many years, Chilam Cheung’s nasal bone was skewed and he often had a stuffy nose. The day before, Chilam decided to obtain nasal surgery to remove the excess nasal tissue.

After the surgery, Chilam wrote an entry entitled, “Pain” on his blog. He noted to his fans that the surgery went well, but he will remain in the  hospital for another two days.

Regarding the details of he nasal surgery, Chilam wrote, “Since my entire body was under general anesthesia during the surgery, I did not feel pain until afterwards. I need to breathe through my mouth since my nose is currently obstructed and is still leaking blood. In exchange for my patience, I hope to obtain a more ‘breatheable’ life! ”

When reporters called Chilam about the surgery, he said, “Thanks everyone for your concern! My nose was bothering me for a long time, so it is better settle the roots of the problem now. Right now, the wounds from the surgery are still painful. Even talking makes it hurt, so it’s better to not talk too much!”
