Crystal Fung had 11 Pursuers at One Time
Known for her beauty and resembling popular Mainland Chinese actress Tiffany Tang (唐嫣), Crystal Fung (馮盈盈) has been one of the more popular Miss Hong Kong winners in recent years. It comes as no surprise to know that the 23-year-old had many pursuers even before her pageantry.
On Young and Restless <後生仔傾吓偈>, Louisa Mak (麥明詩) shared that she had three or four pursuers at the same time while in college. When show host Luk Ho Ming (陸浩明) asked Crystal what her greatest number of pursuers at a single time was. Crystal candidly recalled that there were 11 men! This did not come as a surprise. One fan even teased that Crystal was lying, stating that a pretty girl like her must have had more pursuers than that.
Despite investing time, money, and effort in hopes of gaining her affection, the men were only regarded as friends by Crystal. “I really did not view them as ‘Guanyin’s soldiers’. Only as friends!” She rotated going to dinner with these 11 pursuers, “It was very a little tiring. Since I had to get to know them, I had to go out to dinner every day.” On maintaining a relationship, Crystal said that a relationship needs time and work.
In a turn of events, Crystal later admitted that she had tried to pursue a college classmate. In her first year at the University of Hong Kong, she developed a crush on a senior. At the time, she boldly took the first step to initiate conversation and asked him out to dinner. However, her crush rejected her advances, but complimented that she was a nice girl.

i consider grace chan pretty and truly a miss hk champion breed. it’s been disappointing after her….
@m0m0 In my opinion, Crystal’s not drop dead gorgeous, but still pretty, so I’m not surprised by the high number (especially because high school can be cliquey so the same group of guys can be pursuing one girl). There were girls in my high school who I’d say were a bit above average (less attractive than Crystal), and they had a lot of pursuers.

Isn’t the current Miss HK is “Miss Buckteeth” who created all the hoopla? Did they make a switcheroo to save face?

Sometimes men admire a woman for more than a beautiful face. Some women are blessed with a beautiful face but are so devious, calculating, malicious and downright manipulative that they are what men want to run away from. Then they are pretty face women who are as dull as a doornail and thick as a plank. Anyone knows any woman like that?, haha wink, wink.
Some women are not pretty but can attract men like flies. They can liven up a room like a beacon and command the attention of handsome, educated, well spoken rich men. One such woman was Wallis Simpson. The dashing, handsome rich king of the commonwealth and England gave up the throne to marry this plain American divorcee when he could have had his pick from an European princess, or someone from the aristocracy. Just goes to show.
For the record, Crystal Fung is not hard on the eyes at all. Very attractive woman indeed.
