Eliza Sam: “My Dream Man is Michael Miu!”

Eliza Sam (岑麗香), Joel Chan (陳山聰), and Michael Tao (陶大宇) were spotted recently at TVB filming for an episode of the new food-related variety program, Eat La Men <男人食堂>. As the program covers a variety of topics regarding men, Eliza was asked to identify someone who fits the bill as her ideal dream man.

Not wanting the focus of discussion to revolve around her real-life boyfriend, Joshua, Eliza tactfully expressed her admiration for the charismatic Michael Miu (苗僑偉) instead. “In terms or artistes, I prefer someone who is more mature and has a deeper voice. Michael has been able to maintain his good looks and masculinity even after all these years!”

Although Michael has not filmed a TVB series since 2014, Eliza nonetheless hoped for an opportunity to film alongside the 57-year-old actor. “One time, he said he wanted to portray my father in a series. I would like that!” When asked whether Joshua would be jealous after reading her response about her dream man, she laughed and clarified, “I view Michael as an idol, but that doesn’t mean I’m in love with him!”

She further revealed that her boyfriend often compliments her and views her as his goddess. In return, Eliza admitted that she also praises him also. Although Joshua sometimes comes across Eliza’s news headlines, the couple often steers away from entertainment news in order to avoid affecting their already difficult long distance relationship.
