Fabienne Kwan Breaks Up With Boyfriend of 7 Years

Fabienne Kwan (關楓馨) has always been open about her seven-year, long distance relationship with her non-celebrity boyfriend Kris. The couple met when Fabienne was studying in England, and her father Eddie Kwan (關禮傑) had heartedly welcomed Kris into the family. Although Kris works in England and they often spend time in separate countries, it did not affect their relationship until Fabienne returned to Hong Kong permanently to develop her entertainment career.

This week, Fabienne was seen checking into a Sai Kung hotel with a mystery man with a tattoo on the back of his hand. Arriving at the hotel at 2 p.m., Fabienne was wearing a checkered dress and the tattooed mystery man looked very fashionable in all black and a beanie. After checking in, they headed towards the pier and were seen holding hands. The mystery man pulled Fabienne in for a hug and took pictures of her.

When the media reached out to Fabienne to clarify whether she was cheating on Kris, she disclosed that she had already broken up with him at the end of last year as the long distance was taking a toll on them.

She admitted to just having started a new relationship, “He is not a celebrity, and we met through friends. I hope that everyone can give us some space.” She also denied checking into the hotel, “It was not like what the paparazzi said–we had only gone to the hotel restaurant to eat and then walked around taking pictures.”
