Gong Li in Stable Relationship with 69-Year-old Music Composer, Jean-Michel Jarre

Since her divorce from Singaporean tobacco tycoon Ooi Hoe Seong (黃和祥), Gong Li (鞏俐) has been romantically linked with several men, including a French photographer 13 years her junior. However, Gong Li continued to claim that she was single. Recently, Gong Li was spotted with music composer Jean-Michel Jarre on the streets of Shanghai. Hugging intimately, their behavior spoke volumes about their close relationship.

Sixty-nine-year-old Jean-Michel Jarre is a French music composer and producer, and one of the first pioneers in the electronic genre. His relationship with Gong Li first surfaced in February 2017 when they were photographed holding hands in Paris. Gong Li later accompanied Jean-Michel to the 59th Grammy Awards in the United States. Last July, the couple were once again photographed strolling on the streets of Paris.

Although dating for a year, Gong Li and Jean-Michel continued to act like they are in their honeymoon phase. During a filming break from her new project with Mark Chao (趙又廷), Gong Li put on a pair of sunglasses and went shopping with Jean-Michel on the streets of Shanghai. The couple only had eyes for each other while Gong Li leaned sweetly against her boyfriend. Although the couple did not buy anything, they held hands and happily walked away.
