Grace Chan Defends Miss Hong Kong 2015 Winners from Negative Rumors
Filming has recently commenced for Brother’s Keeper II <巨輪II>, and this has kept Grace Chan (陳凱琳) and co-star Edwin Siu (蕭正楠) very busy at the TVB Studios. As they were filming scenes that were set in Okinawa, there were many related props on set, including Japanese snacks. Grace gleefully mentioned that she and Edwin could not resist the snacks. As for whether Grace found overnight filming exhausting, she said diplomatically, “Well it’s good for me to film my parts consecutively, as that makes it easier for me to stay in-character.”
As a former Miss Hong Kong, Grace was also asked to comment on rumors that the recently crowned Miss Hong Kong 2015, Louisa Mak (麥明詩) did not get along with her fellow pageant contestants. At the recently concluded pageant finals, when results were announced, many of the other contestants allegedly swarmed around first runner-up Ada Pong (龐卓欣) and second runner-up Karmen Kwok (郭嘉文), but did not bother with congratulating Louisa.
Grace said, “I don’t believe the rumors. I the pageant contestants before and they seem really close to each other and value friendship. What matters is that they know for themselves that they are a tight-knit group. They don’t need to convince others.”

It was also rumoured that other contestants didn’t like Grace when she won.
Grace’s father is also very very rich. It is public’s vote now so I wonder if any of the 3 winning contestants this year have rich/influential parents?
The rumours probably true. Not everyone can get along with everyone.
I guest in most of the beauty pageant not everyone gets along with each other of course there’s gonna be some cat fights here and there
