Hera Chan and Rosita Kwok Film for “Golden Forest”
On the set of TVB drama Golden Forest <金式森林>, Hera Chan (陳曉華) and Rosita Kwok (郭柏妍) were spotted filming a charity gala scene. Portraying Roger Kwok’s (郭晋安) second wife in the drama, Hera will also be a stepmother to adult-aged stepchildren.
Hera shared, “The cast calls me ‘mother’ while filming and when cameras stop rolling too. It’s been a month so I’ve gotten used to it. When Rosita called me mother one day, I jokingly overreacted and said she wasn’t allowed to because she hasn’t married into the family yet.”
Starring in multiple dramas airing in the latter half of the year, Hera has been dubbed as TVB Drama Queen. Hera responded, “I spent the entirety of last year filming which is why there are so many dramas waiting to air. I put in a lot of heart and effort, so I hope everyone will like them!”
Hera confirmed she is also starring in Queen of Tears 2 <新聞女王2>. “It’s very secretive now and only a few cast members have been confirmed. I don’t know when I’ll receive the script.” Asked if she will be a part of the franchise’s new movie, Hera replied, “It should be the same cast from the first season. This is what I think, but I’m not sure. Those who were a part of Queen of Tears will be in it.” When it was pointed out Charmaine Sheh (佘詩曼) had praised Hera for being a good actress, Hera asked, “Is this true?! I’m very happy. I learned a lot when I worked with Charmaine.”
Meanwhile, most of Rosita’s scenes in Golden Forest will be with Joey Law (羅天宇). Since his character moved out from his father Roger’s house, there is less interaction with family members. Asked if there will be passionate love scenes, Rosita joked, “I don’t think so because such important scenes are left for my big sister-in-law and second sister-in-law. I think they have them!”
Rosita recently uploaded photos of her coffee outing on Instagram. She was puzzled when netizens praised her for being sexy even though she was not dressed in a revealing manner. “My girlfriend helped me take the photos. I still had long hair at the time. The food was really good and I’m always super happy when I’m eating.” She emphasized women take better photos than men. When asked if she has plans to release a photo book, Rosita replied, “The type with clothes on? I can think about it, but I can’t handle pictorials without clothes.”
