Hong Kong Model Naomi Fung Steals Charmaine Sheh’s New Love?

Last month, Charmaine Sheh (佘詩曼) was photographed with a male friend at a movie theater. As their interactions were intimate, the press speculated that this new friend, named Randy, was Charmaine’s new boyfriend.

According to magazine source, Charmaine and Randy met a mutual friend’s dinner gathering. Randy is divorced, with one child, and grew up overseas. Though he only spoke average Cantonese, he got along with Charmaine very well.

Assumed to be Charmaine’s new love interest, gossip went haywire when the paparazzi spotted Randy out with another woman, Hong Kong model Naomi Fung (馮鎵瀅), earlier this month. Randy and Naomi were seen hugging each other inside a bar at Knutsford Terrace. After a few drinks, Randy took Naomi outside and the pair walked around until three in the morning. Randy held onto Naomi’s waist as they walked. Randy led Naomi to an alleyway where they stayed there for five minutes. Naomi shook her head as they talked. Afterwards, Randy led her back outside to the main street and hailed a taxi for her.

It is said that Naomi, a pseudomodel, has a history of breaking couples apart. Last year, it was rumored that she seduced Johnson Lee (李思捷) while he was dating “Spring Roll” Lukian Wong (王寶寶). Earlier this year, gossip magazines reported that Naomi came in between two of Charmaine’s friends—Georgia and Patrick, who have been dating for 10 years. It was said that Charmaine confronted Naomi a few times.

Naomi Denies Dating Randy

Reporters contacted Naomi for answers. She expressed that the reports about her being intimate with Randy are false. She clarified that Randy did not touch her butt, but they did held hands. Randy held onto her because she was slightly drunk. She did not know Randy and Charmaine were friends, however, she did reveal that Randy once told her that he just met up with someone who “everyone in Hong Kong knows about.”

Naomi, however, did admit that she dated Patrick, but they have now broken up. She stressed that Patrick was single when he pursued her. As for the rumors claiming that Charmaine confronted her several times, Naomi said she never spoke with Charmaine before.

As for Randy, Naomi said, “He is not my boyfriend. We’ve only just met. I don’t think he’s pursuing me.” She then implied that Randy seems to be trying to pursue a few girls at the same time. Asking if she felt disappointed by this, she said, “Not really. If you meet someone who likes to go clubbing, you should be mentally prepared for what’s to come.”

Randy Responds on Facebook

After the reports were published, Randy went on Facebook and wrote, “Why would you trick someone for fame? Where are people’s conscience nowadays? Some people in this world can have such despicable intentions. Or maybe I should stop being the good guy.”

Charmaine also responded about the reports through WhatsApp, “The truth finally comes to light. I don’t have to waste time proving why he’s not the one for me. We are only friends.”
