Jang Ki Yong is Full of Smiles in First Military Photo

My Roommate is a Gumiho’s Jang Ki Yong enlisted in the military as an active soldier on August 23. Almost a month in service, the 29-year-old actor is seen in good spirits as photos of him on the training ground are released across the Internet.

Dressed neatly in a military uniform, Ki Yong smiled cheerfully while raising his fist and making finger hearts along with his comrades in unity. With a manly aura, Ki Yong easily stood out among the crowd.

Finally updated on Ki Yong’s military experience, fans are glad the actor is doing well and look forward to his upcoming drama Now, We Are Breaking Up with Song Hye Kyo which he filmed before joining the army. Hopefully, it will be released soon and offer fans some warm comfort while waiting for his return.

On the day of his enlistment, Ki Yong had posted a photo of his buzz cut and a short personal letter on his Instagram. He wrote, “Thank you to all those who showed their love and support for me, so that my 20s could be filled with happiness. For my 30s, I will come back healthily to showcase an even better version of myself. I am very grateful for all my fans’ support during this time.”
