Ji Chang Wook and Kim Ji Won Confirmed for “City Couple’s Way of Love: My Lovable Camera Thief”
A new, attractive pairing will soon grace the small screen, as actor Ji Chang Wook and actress Kim Ji Won are confirmed to star in the upcoming Korean romance series, City Couple’s Way of Love: My Lovable Camera Thief. Consisting of only 12 episodes, the short series will be helmed by the writer of Romance Is a Bonus Book (2019) and the director of It’s Okay to Not Be Okay (2020). There are plans to have multiple seasons of City Couple’s Way of Love, and My Loveable Camera Thief is slated to air first within the second half of 2020 on KakaoTV.
City Couple’s Way of Love: My Lovable Camera Thief aims to accurately portray the dating lifestyle of young people while they try their best to survive in the bustling city. Park Chae Won, played by Chang Wook, is a passionate and free-spirited architect who loves the streets of the city. On a summer’s night, he fatefully encounters Lee Eun Oh, played by Ji Won, who he refers to as “the camera thief” because she disappeared right after having stolen his heart. Eun Oh works as a freelance marketer who loves to travel and take on other identities in foreign places. While posing as a cheerful and down-to-earth Yoon Sun Ah, she unexpectedly finds herself falling in love with Chae Won.
The pairing of Chang Wook and Ji Won has drawn wild anticipation as fans believe they will display very lovable and refreshing chemistry. A fan even made a military romance-themed video dedicated to the two with scene cuts from Ji Won’s Descendants of the Sun (2016) and Chang Wook’s The K2 (2016).
