Joyce Tang Encourages Ex-boyfriend, Marco Ngai
Joyce Tang’s (滕麗名) ex-boyfriend Marco Ngai, (魏駿傑), had disclosed that he was depressed and had suicidal thoughts after experiencing divorce during the pandemic. Although the pair broke up due to Marco’s cheating, Joyce has put the hurtful past behind her and only has uplifting words for the actor.
“There will always be ups and downs in life. The most important thing is to face these challenges with positivity,” Joyce added the importance of mental health counseling services offered by organizations such as The Samaritans Befrienders Hong Kong for those in need.
As Marco is raising his 11-year-old daughter by himself, she added, “Children are very important–the environment that they grow up in is created by adults. I know that he has a performance coming up, and I wish him success.”
Yesterday, Joyce appeared along with the cast of Come Home Love: Lo and Behold <愛‧回家之開心速遞> to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival. The other artistes gave updates on their family celebrations.
Lau Dan (丹爺) had dinner with his family to celebrate, but his son Hawick Lau (劉愷威) was busy working in China so he took his granddaughter, Noemi, to play with lanterns instead. “It’s okay–it’s like he never left. He video chats with his daughter every day for a long time.”
Koni Lui (呂慧儀) expressed that she wants to introduce her son to Noemi, as it is fun for children to play together during the holidays.

sounds like this is through an interview not like she’s going out of her way to give these words. still, very forgiving of her to say something positive despite what he did.
Truly having moved on means feeling nothing towards someone. It’s been so long already, if she still harbored any type of hate or pain towards him, then that would be really sad. But luckily it seems like she has put their past behind her for good to be able to offer these words of encouragement whether through an interview or directly to him.
She has clearly and happily moved on… Marco can just live in regret..
But he has a beautiful daughter to accompany him.
