Kaman reflects on some of her roles in a commemorative reel.

The 30-year-old shared her feelings in a long post on social media where she informed that she would be leaving the big and beautiful TVB family after nine years.

This is a journey that is full of gratitude, growth and memories. My heart is full of gratefulness and reluctance as I pen this post. 9 years ago, I came to TVB full of aspirations for my acting career, this is not just a workplace, but a cradle where I’ve grown and learnt much. Here is where I met many outstanding co-workers and friends, their support and encouragement has allowed me to keep moving forward courageously with every challenge,

Expressing her gratefulness to TVB managerial ranks as well as production crew members, Kaman spilled, “Thanks to Cat-zheh (Catherina Tsang 曾勵珍) who always allow me to barge into your room and use up all the tissues. Thanks to producer Kwan Wing-chung (關永忠) who allowed everyone to know who is Kaman Kong; thanks to producer Joe Chan (陳維冠) who helped lift me up when I was at my lowest point. Not forgetting other producers, Virgina Lok (樂易玲) and the managers for their guidance and care. Without TVB and your support, there wouldn’t be today’s Kaman Kong.”

Having met with countless unforgettable “people and encounters” during her time at TVB, of which tears as well as laughter abound, Kaman has grown not just in terms of acting but also gained rich life experiences. Calling the memories at TVB the richest wealth implanted in her heart, and strength with which she is able to survive till today, she wrapped up her post by concluding that leaving her comfort zone at TVB is not an end, but a new beginning!

In the days ahead, I will continue working hard to take on different challenging roles and work. A brand-new Kaman Kong will soon meet with everyone and hope to bring y’all more surprising and touching moments! It’s not goodbye but see you next time, Please guide 2025’s newbie Kaman Kong along.” Noting that it was her first time being photographed with TVB Buddy, Kaman forced herself not to get emotional while giving away cute cookies decorated with farewell messages with her soon-to-be ex-colleagues, but still ‘screamed’ at home during the past two days. 1. Eh. I don’t think she’s pretty or her acting is good enough. Doesn’t help that she played really annoying roles lol
