Kathy Chow Hasn’t Completely Forgiven Husband
In March, Kathy Chow‘s (周汶錡) husband Julien Lepeu was spotted kissing another woman. Although Kathy said they both “still believe in love” and will continue to work out problems in their marriage, she hasn’t completely forgiven her husband yet.
Problems Aren’t Over Yet?
When public relations executive Francis Cheng (鄭紹康) met up with Kathy for a meal recently, he observed that the model seemed to be in good spirits despite the recent closure of her beauty salon due to Covid-19. When Julien’s name was brought up, Francis recalled, “Kathy didn’t directly respond. She said her husband will address the issue himself, but she didn’t mention forgiveness. We had a great time chatting over dinner. When I posted photos of our get together on social media, I wanted to caption them as ‘clear skies after the rain’, but Kathy urged me not to do so. So I just wrote, ‘nice catching up.'”
Julien Easily Falls for Other Women
Julien’s father is Richard Lepeu, who was the former CEO at Richemont, a luxury goods company which encompasses the brands Cartier, Van Cleef & Arpels, and Piaget. With his father’s extensive experience in managing luxury jewelry brands, he paved the way for Julien to start up in the industry as well. In 2014, Julien invested $30 million HKD to open Chateau Zoobeetle, a high-end shop in Sheung Wan, Hong Kong which sells fashionable clothing, delicious food, and wines.
After Julien and Kathy got married in 2014, the couple has two sons and gave an outward appearance of being a perfect family. But a source close to the family spilled that Julien has long had a wandering eye.
While Kathy was away on a trip in March, Oriental Sunday reporters spotted Julien in a white Benz with a mysterious woman who resembled Mandy Lieu (劉碧麗). Sharing a meal together, Julien was drinking a beer and the woman was eating chicken wings on rice. They were seen sharing drinks, having an intimate conversation, and playing with each other’s hair. After their meal, they kissed passionately in a tight embrace while walking outside.
According to a source close to the family, “French people are very intimate and loves to emotionally connect. Julien isn’t an exception and easily falls in love. Prior to marrying Kathy, Julien was seen with another woman. If women throw themselves at him, it’s very easy [for him to respond]. Half a year ago, Julien was seen going out often with a Cauasian woman for dinner and drinks. But Kathy didn’t see it with her own eyes, so she just chose to ignore it.”
Days after Oriental Sunday published photos of Julien kissing the Mandy-Lieu lookalike in March, he took out his two sons to the beach and appeared to be an involved father. He was seen wearing his wedding ring. While the couple is not ready to call it quits in their marriage, it will take time to rebuild Kathy’s trust in Julien again.

This was sudden behavior and “easily falls in love” does NOT constitute as a reason to cheat. This ain’t no drama where the wife is a bitch and the husband is a kind-hearted coward or abused man who needs to seek affection elsewhere. Even then….
