Katy Kung Was Abused By Ex-Boyfriend
Hong Kong Love Stories <香港愛情故事> actress Katy Kung (龔嘉欣) has had her fair share of dating rumors since debut. From Kelvin Kwan (關楚耀), to James Ng (吳業坤), and to Sammy Sum (沈震軒), Katy has only admitted to dating Patrick Tang (鄧健泓), who she dated for two years.
The 31-year-old doesn’t like to rely on men in her life, a life lesson she’s learned after experiencing different relationships through her life. One of her ex-boyfriends was also abusive.
In their fight, her ex-boyfriend got abusive and pushed Katy against a door, jamming her waist into the doorknob. Although she knew she had to leave him at the time, she initially didn’t want to break up due to her fear of loneliness.
In a different relationship, her ex-boyfriend said he wanted to take care of Katy for the rest of her life. It definitely sounds romantic on paper, but upon realizing that she would have to quit her career to live her life as a housewife, Katy immediately denied him. She didn’t want to rely on anyone.
